No silly....NBC Chicago did. You keep confusing message with messenger. If you think you're razzing me with that pic, it's not working. Anyone with a brain saw through that lame ass argument about Bush sitting in class for 7 minutes after the 9/11 attacks. Don't remember Bush giving shout outs afterward. And BTW, The Peaceful Won even fucked up his own shout out. It wasn't a Congressional Medal of Honor it was a Medal of Freedom the guy was awarded.

So you only deliver the messages,, but you dont believe in any of the crap you deliver,,, ok,, got it :)

So when the unemployment was rising during Bush's terms , it was an after effect caused by Clinton, but none of this is caused by Bush being in office for 8 years vs Obama being in office not even a year !???  you crack me up buddy

I was going to say the same. Bush = 8 years, Obama = 9 1/2 months... come ON.
Unemployment was already way up there on January 19th, 2009.

I have to agree that it is too early to pin the unemployment/economic situation on Obama. The economy is much to complex to change on a dime.

Alot of this is a cycle that will come around...during his term, for which he will end up getting undue credit, although I am fearful our economy is still built on a house of cards.

However, Obama/Biden and others should be made accountable when making unreasonable claims while trying to get intitiatives passed, such as the the so-called "stimulus" bill. What they said in trying to get it passed and how it is being administered is an f'n joke. It sure appears that they have pandered to supporters of the administration.

Is it coincidence that a large majority of the $$ is going to Blue states and to all states to keep government employees employeed? I don't know, but someone can help out here I am sure.

Fact Finder wrote:"The Job Impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan" from the Peaceful Wons administration.

The report projected that the stimulus plan proposed by Obama would create between three and four million jobs by the end of 2010. The report also includes a graphic predicting unemployment rates with and without the stimulus. Without the stimulus (the baseline), unemployment was projected to hit about 8.5 percent in 2009 and then continue rising to a peak of about 9 percent in 2010. With the stimulus, they predicted the unemployment rate would peak at just under 8 percent in 2009.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE 10.2%
HIGHEST IN 26 YEARS

So O spent us into bankruptcy and all we got was the highest unemplyoment in 26 years. I see the fallacy of false conclusion....it's plain as mud.

Tension Builds Between Hillary, Obama

Ask Hillary Clinton or her staff about President Obama and they’ll praise him and tell you the relationship between the two really is strong. But the tensions between the State Department and White House are starting to show, writes Joe Klein.

The president’s foreign policy hasn’t yet yielded results, and on her recent Pakistan trip, Clinton gave the first hints that she’d like to assert her independence—and move beyond what Klein calls “the Rodney King ‘Can’t we all just get along?’ phase.”

The White House, meanwhile, doesn’t like Clinton’s tendency to use unnecessarily dramatic language, like when she called Benjamin Netanyahu’s latest peace overture “unprecedented”—even though it wasn’t—annoying Palestinians.

Clinton has been a valuable voice abroad, but she hasn’t been Obama's foreign-policy voice at home. Such tensions are within the boundaries of “creative policy making,” writes Klein in Time, but the question lingers: “How much can these former rivals really trust each other?”

Health care reform should not be used as an opportunity to use federal funds to pay for elective abortions. Health reform should be an opportunity to protect human life - not end it.

Unfortunately, Speaker Pelosi’s 2,032-page government takeover of health care does just that. On line 17, p. 110, section 222 under “Abortions for which Public Funding is Allowed” the Health and Human Services Secretary is given the authority to determine when abortion is allowed under the government-run plan. The Speaker’s plan also requires that at least one insurance plan offered in the Exchange covers abortions.

What is even more alarming is that a monthly abortion premium will be charged of all enrollees in the government-run plan. It’s right there on line 16, page 96, section 213, under “Insurance Rating Rules.” The premium will be paid into a U.S. Treasury account - and these federal funds will be used to pay for the abortion services.

Section 213 describes the process in which the Health Benefits Commissioner is to assess the monthly premiums that will be used to pay for elective abortions under the government-run plan. The Commissioner must charge at a minimum $1 per enrollee per month.

At least there are some outspoken dissenting voices in this Administration, instead of a bunch of staggering punch-drunk "yes" men worried only about personal advancement.
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

JCT Confirms Failure to Comply with Democrats’ Mandate Can Lead to 5 Years in Jail
Friday, November 06, 2009

Today, Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

In response to the JCT letter, Camp said: “This is the ultimate example of the Democrats’ command-and-control style of governing – buy what we tell you or go to jail. It is outrageous and it should be stopped immediately.”

What state says you go to jail if you don't have car insurance? I have never heard of that. I don't have to have car insurance if I do not want it. Of course, if i drive, I must have insurance. But guess what, I only have to have insurance to protect anyone else I may injure, or their property. I don't have to cover myself.

If I am a 26 year old man (and Lord I wish I was) I know that I can spend far less by spending cash on my Dr. visits than buying insurance. How is that anyone else's business? With car insurance, you can put cash in an account and avoid having to buy the insurance. Wonder if they will have that for health insurance.

I just don't understand how the goal of making insurance afforable and covering the uninsured leads to me having to buy insurance or be taxed or put in jail. That makes absolutely no sense to me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not all for the health care package. I just get tired of the constant, and I mean constant bashing of Obama. He was handed a bucket of shit and is now expected to make roses out of it. It's going to take time to fix the problems that Bush left him.

And as far as your question goes, I'm guessing it'll be picked up by the tax payers. Hopefully the big business guys who've taken so much form everyone else.

I guess Rick my problem is trying to buy your way out of financial holes...........you just fall deeper into a pit.......I wish there was an easy way.......and I don't hate Obama..........I just disagree with the spend, spend, spend........and not looking for the consequenses....................W should not have done the same...........and I say that to be totally fair........... I am not a W fan..............but I worry about high taxes........and the waste that is spiralling out of control...........Congress cannot manage to pick its head out of it's butt..........much less manage anthing that crucial. I hav egood health care now due to my job.........but I did not always have it. Tell a single mom who can barely feed her kids pay the insurance ore else............food or care? No easy solutions is all I am saying..............and we need to get it right......by taking the time to do it right. :D

It's not the same with car insurance. I'm not required by law to own a vehicle or be sent to prison. I could choose public transportation or a number of things. I could also shop for numerous auto insurers. Not the case with this health care plan, which will eventually drive private insurers out of business, which Obama has admitted to in recent years.
