I guess it's cuz I really wanted to call GB over Dallas and I REALLY wanted to go nuts and call Washington over the Fraudcos who I have thought stunk all year long but I held back. I also felt Carolina was gonna beat Atlanta.

Week 10

New Orleans at St. Louis - I don't see this one being a close game. If the Saints don't win by three touchdowns, they should consider it a disappointment! W

Tampa Bay at Miami - In spite of Tampa slapping the shit out of Green Bay last week, I think they come back to earth this week. Miami is a really scrappy team who can gimmick themselves to a 10 point win in this game. W

Detroit at Minnesota - Logic says the Vikings win this one by 4 TD's. I say that's a bit too ambitious and that Detroit manages to keep it "close" (by Detroit standards). Minnesota by two touchdowns. W

Jacksonville at NY Jets - This should be a close game between two average teams. Take the Jets and 3 points with the home field advantage. L

Buffalo at Tennessee - Have to change this one before kickoff. I've decided that Chris Johnson is good enough by himself to beat Buffalo by a touchdown! W

Cincinnati at Pittsburgh - There is simply ZERO chance Shitsburgh is losing to the Bengals twice in one season. WILL NOT HAPPEN! I suspect this will be another hard fought game and that the Steelers pull it out by a touchdown. I see this one being lower scoring. (20-13 in favor of Steelers). L

Denver at Washington - When a team is floundering like Denver is, Washington on the schedule fixes everything! Denver by two touchdowns. L

Atlanta at Carolina - Carolina has showed some signs of life but I'm not buying it. If DeAngelo Williams doesn't play (gametime decision), they might as well not even show up. In either case, I like Atlanta by 14. L

Kansas City at Oakland - God help any tortured fan who is subjected to these two shit teams. Raiders pull it out 3-2 Shocked L

Seattle at Arizona - Cardinals by 17. W

Dallas at Green Bay - I LOVE Green Bay in this game, in spite of their embarrassing showing last week. Packers by a touchdown. W

Philadelphia at San Diego - This is the toughest game of the weekend for me to pick. San Diego seems to only show up to play in the second half of the season after taking every first half of the season off. I like the Chargers by a touchdown, even though the Eagles are the better team. W

New England at Indianapolis - Two equally matched teams. In this decade, New England and Indy are tied for the most wins in the entire NFL. Two evenly matched QB's. I think this game comes down to the Patriots ability to cover Dallas Clark over the middle (which most teams can't) and rookie lineman Sebastian Vollmer using that 6'8" frame to keep Freeney out of the backfield. Neither team winning this game would surprise me one bit. Most are calling for a shootout, but I think it ends up being quite a bit lower scoring than most think. New England pulls it out 24-17.

Braniac's 7-5 as well.

Pats literally making this look like a cake walk. Making it look too easy. Just as I expected. Colt's are WAY TOO inexperienced in the secondary.

Well, this might turn out to be a shootout indeed, but this could be a one-sided shootout. This is an absolute beatdown so far. Peyton better have some real magic

The Colts seem to only play good enough to win anymore. A good comeback would make this game great. With that said, they sure seem off tonight.

They've been off the last two weeks too as I said in my prediction. But that was a solid drive. They have to be able to find an answer to Brady though. Buckle in, let's hope for a great finish

You saw what happened when they were losing to Miami and they came back and won. The Colts are a team that you never can be comfortable with, even with a wide lead. Hell, the Colts beat the Patriots in '06 in the Title Game, down by 18 going into the second half. I think Brady and company is too much for them though when all said and done.

Actually that's really nothing new. Belichick is the only coach I've ever seen in the NFL who actively coaches his team in every single game, whether they're up 30 or down 30.

It's only a great game because of the bogus pass interference call on the Patriots.

I hate the Patriots and I am a Manning fan, but I hate it when I smell a fix.

What in God's name was Belichick doing going for it on 4th and 2 that deep in their own territory? Insanity! Peyton strikes again

That was an AWFUL pass interference call. That said, I don't agree with Belichick going for it, AT ALL! Pathetic performance by the Patriots defense!

Vegas just won over a billion on that game.... I don't trust anything about the NFL right now that whole thing, an obvious FAKE pass interference call, going for it on your own 28 on 4th down with a 6 point lead? What on earth????? The whole thing seemed very NBA to me.

I can't even come to a reasonable thought as to why Belichick would go for it on 4th and 2, on your own 28 yard line, Colts down by 6 and putting the team in jeopardy rather than kicking it deep and at least giving the defense a chance to work with space. What a MORON. My 5 year old nephew is smarter than that and would of kicked that away 10 times outta 10. What an idiooooot! I said earlier in the thread you just CAN'T SLEEP ON THE COLTS even with a wide margin. Good game.

It's really not that complicated why he did it. He simply didn't think his defense had any shot of stopping Manning and didn't want to give him the ball back. That said, it was a RIDICULOUS decision, and the timeout management in the second half was truly ATROCIOUS! We now know who the number one seed is from the AFC, because Indy isn't being caught by ANYONE, and they are a whole lot tougher to beat in a dome during a playoff game in January than outside in the snow!

Refs fuck the Patriots yet again.....no need to talk about the 4th and 2. They got fucked on that play too.

When I see DBs handchecking and swiping WRs hands away all game, but Butler just jumps for a ball, NO contact - and that's PI? The refs took this away from the Pats.

...and it WAS a horrible call with HINDSIGHT because Indy barely scored from the 31 with 2 mins to play.....they probably wouldn't have scored if they had to march 70 yds.

I have no problem with the officials' call on the 4th and 2 because Faulk was juggling it. The Butler interference call was one of the most absurd calls I've ever seen. Hell, watching it live, I thought it was ridiculous and seeing the replay really made the call unconscionable. Oh well...It's the NFL and this shit happens every week. You get some calls and lose some. At the end of the day, the Patriots really have no excuse for losing this game. They really dominated the Colts for most of the game, so to piss away a game they were dominant in is a huge disappointment.

Yep, what a big FUCK YOU to the defense at that point. If anything that was a time for the defense to close it out and simply give them at least a chance to do so. 4th and 2 at the 50, MAYBE.. MAYBE it could of been talked about, but your own 28 yard line? That's too big of a gamble and risk to even mention going for it. COME ON MAAAAAAN. Indianapolis pretty much wrapped up home field but they are certainly beatable.

I think Ted Donaghy now works for the NFL. How can you, as a NFL ref, make a call as blatantly absurd as that interference call? :?

That was the game right there. In a nutshell. Shame. NE was smoking Indy. They held Clark in check like I said. And if it wasn't for those 2 redzone turnovers the game would have been 45-14 at one point. Combine that assinine PI call, and Pats handed those 2 turnovers to Indy, and there's your fucking game. Duckface comes out the hero, and he played like absolute shit.
