you said ALL movies have a soundtrack. which is a WRONG statement.
Also, a CD with bunch of ABBA song qualifies more as ABBA's Greatest Hits than a fucking SOUNDTRACK..... Its like saying Revelation is the soundtrack to Journey's Live in manila movie

Is it a CD of Abba songs as in the original tracks, or is it a CD of the Abba songs performed by the actors in the movie?

If it's the former, it's not a soundtrack, it's a companion album.
If it's the latter, it's a soundtrack.

Its like the Revelation CD where the songs are performed by the new actor :) not the original guy who sang them so if Mama Mia cd qualifies as a soundtrack, then so does Revelation.....
