Apocalypse Now - I can't remember another movie that had such a powerful combination of music and images. These two scenes are forever burned into my brain.

The End - The Doors

Ride of the Valkyries -Wagner

I think Steve said something about heading to your house this weekend. He mentioned something about seeing Jason's Mustang in your driveway in some recent picture, and he wasn't happy about it! I know he said something about grabbing some wine and a ski mask, but I'm not sure what that was all about. Good luck though buddy... I'm sure he was just joking! :D

I loved Love Somebody and Don't Walk Away off of the Hard to Hold soundtrack. It was a bit of a fluffy movie, but it was Rick Springfield and I still have fond memories of seeing it at a birthday party and all of us giggling over Rick flashing his rear end while it got replayed and paused. Poor guy - it couldn't have been quite as much fun to be a rock star when his fan base averaged 12 year olds!

I remember the first time I watched it. The first twenty minutes I was like, WTH? This is the great movie I've heard about? But I stuck with it and it was brilliant. Then when you go back and watch it again, the beginning first 20 minutes is brilliant, too. I had friends turn it off and I told them, no, stick with it, b/c you will love it. And, sure enough, everyone does.
