My Sister told me about this situation....her youngest Daughter is in a School where this is happening.

Please join us in this fight...LET KIDS BE KIDS!!!

The Naugatuck, CT Board of Education and its Superintendent want to propose drastic cuts to our childrens' learning experience by the following:

Eliminating all specials in grades k-8 (art, music, p.e., health)
Laying off 60 teachers
Shortening the school day by 45 minutes.

Our childrens' public school education should not be compromised due to the lack of leadership and poor management of the Naugatuck Board of Education.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE to us as parents, taxpayers, residents and a community.

PLEASE join our organized effort to protect the future of our children. Education is the driving engine of a community and we need to be in the driver's seat!
