No, he doesn't have to talk to them nor would anyone else have to. The car sustained a lot of damage. At this point there is nothing to disprove he got a bloody mouth from the impact. If there was and they suspected domestic violence, then that's another thing.

Not really. He doesn't have to talk to the police for this infraction, hitting a tree outside his driveway. And he doesn't owe any of us his story and will probably never discuss it again after it dies down, and it won't seem out of the norm since he's so intensely private. If it was his wife who took the golf clubs to him and caused his injuries, she would be arrested for domestic violence straight away in Florida even without Tiger's cooperation if they have the evidence. With all the Enquirer stories and TMZ out there right away about the other woman and confidential source saying she scratched him, etc., and they were fighting, the police would have looked into it since he was unconscious. Many lawyers say they are doing the right thing to protect his wife and it will die down. Most people already surmise they had a fight over his possible affair and the story in the Enquirer and it got out of hand and he fled. Really, is that our business to have him confess to that? And if he lied and FHP could prove it by the type of injuries he sustained, then he's in more trouble.

He doesnt have to talk to police... BUT HE SAID HE WOULD later that day (friday) and then turned them down twice... .. THATS THE WHOLE POINT... give a statement to police right away and be done with it all.... now it looks like his stalling and stone walling and hiding information... which just fules the fire for the gossip to get even worse for him...

all the jokes now with the golf club... etc... it did not have to get this far... but he let it...

So, he doesn't have to talk to anybody. That's cool, but not talking to police that night has now probably caused more grief then good. For his spouse too. She can't even step out the front door. They were getting the usual attention before but not this type of attack mode mentality. I think this attempt to retain privacy by Woods is going to bring him annoyance for the next few weeks. He has now even pulled out of his own tournament. Now the neighbors have a lawyer also, it isn't going to go away quick enough for Tiger.

After all the clips on the news of the throngs of media outlets parked outside his gated community, you're right, it's not going away quickly. It's unbelievable. Though, I think action has been taken on that by the police b/c of the major disruption to the community. Their neighbors got the lawyer b/c they were inundated by media contacting them and wanted to make one statement, and they kind of blasted the media.

They showed an old clip of an interview about his marriage, and he said they were a good match b/c she was competitive and very feisty. She showed him just how feisty she was. This will teach him not to stray.

The news is getting way too carried away with this. Let it die already. It's not anywhere near as big a deal as the media is trying to make it. Tiger is not going to feed the frenzy. Good for him. In a week when the news realizes they're not getting anything, maybe they'll go away, or sadly, they'll probably start making shit up.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Florida Highway Patrol will move to have charges filed against Tiger Woods in connection with the accident last Friday.

We are told the FHP will announce the case is against Tiger -- not his wife. We do not know if the FHP will arrest Tiger or refer the case to prosecutors.

We know FHP was investigating whether Tiger was driving his SUV under the influence.

Tiger was drifting in and out of consciousness after the accident. As we first reported, his wife gave paramedics two bottles of prescription meds she says Tiger had taken though she did not know when. There was no evidence of alcohol.

The FHP is holding a news conference at 3:00 PM ET. We will livestream

Lordy, Lordy.

TMZ has learned a woman has come forward to Us Weekly, claiming she had a 31-month affair with Tiger Woods and has a voicemail recording and texts to prove it.

The woman, Jaimee Grubbs, claims she met Tiger in Las Vegas in April, 2007. The woman -- a cocktail waitress who was 21 at the time -- began what she says was a long-running affair with Tiger.

According to Us Weekly, Grubbs has more than 300 text messages from Tiger -- who married Elin Nordegren in 2004.

The magazine, which comes out tomorrow, claims Grubbs had 20 sexual encounters with Tiger. Us Weekly has photos, racy texts from Tiger, as well as a voicemail from November 24, in which Tiger suggests his wife might be on to the alleged affair.

Grubbs has appeared recently on VH1's "Tool Academy.

No kidding. As I type right now, they're yakking about it on the radio. Good lord, the guy had a fight with his wife, and now it's epic news drama. Have we not more important things in the world to think about? I sure as hell do.

And if Tiger really did cheat, as the rumor mill says, then fuck him!
I hope she gets another shot. Use every club in that bag, Elin!!

but I still don't need to hear about it every 5 minutes.

Well, it's pretty funny. What a slap in the face to the Rachel girl. He was having another affair too. If she thought she was special, what a joke. His wife is a fool to stay with him if he's sleeping with two other women. Take him to the cleaners and get a good-looking husband who isn't picking up hos who only sleep with him b/c he's rich and famous.

Good God, are you kidding me? A press conference by FHP to say he is being ticketed for Careless Driving and said he's satisfied the requirements of Florida law, and the investigation is completed. A press conference? I guess they had to b/c of all the media here.

And a ticket of what, $186   Like we all needed to know that??? And FHP wouldn't handle domestic violence cases anyway. My husband said there was a national press conference at Health Central yesterday afternoon too. I don't get it. The media makes me crazy :x

Still however, you will have a couple ho's and the media collaborate to try and lynch Tiger's career. Count on it. That's the kind of twisted world we live in these days.

Well, let's see. The first one, Rachel, a VIP hostess for a nightclub, flies all the way to Australia and checks into a swanky hotel in Australia the exact same time Tiger is there. They say she went to the same floor and she hasn't denied it. Just said it was coincidence and she never saw him.
The second one said they've been seeing each other since 2007 and that she has texts, racy emails, photos, and that he called her November 24 saying he thinks his wife might have found out about the affair. She is a reality TV wanna be, but if she has all of these messages saved, which I'm sure US magazine has listened to, he's busted.

The money grab is officially on!

If all is true...he's an idiot, the women are sluts, the wife is living a nightmare and lastly...he's going to lose a ton of money and apparently rightfully so. If it isn't true...shame on the media and lock up the women.

I feel bad for the kids of today as they finally had a professional athlete they could model themselves after and now...poof.

Oh...and don't give me the Charles Barkley routine on being a role model.

It's really the state attorney who decides these things. Not FHP alone. If he doesnt' think there is a case, things are dropped. Unless you want to insinuate he is taking bribes. The ONLY job FHP has in the state of Florida are traffic issues, and they have wrapped up their case. FHP are highway patrol, not state police. Our county sheriff's offices handle things outside city limits that don't involve traffic. If there were going to be domestic violence charges, they can handle them, but they wouldn't. It would be handed to the Orange County Sheriff's office for that.

Roger Federer is a great role model.

So is Zydrunas Ilgauskas of the Cavs, granted not as successful or a household name nation/worldwide - constantly talks about how lucky he is to be playing the game, a good family man, and a genuinely nice guy who lives in my hometown and walks his dog around the local HS all the time.

But there are a lot of scumbags out there playing the game too. oh well, what are you gonna do?

All women have very hot tempers when it comes to cheating. Here's a couple text messages US magazine has supposedly of Tiger to this second girl. They are releasing tomorrow the message he left her to take her name off her voice mail b/c his wife was calling his numbers:

“I will wear you out...when was the last time you got (bleeped)?” one message read.

Another one from Tiger read, “Send me something very naughty…Go to the bathroom and take (a picture).”

Supposedly she has 300 messages and photos over the last couple of years. If these really are truly from him plus the other woman just happening to be in a fancy hotel all the way in Austrailia the same time as him, words can't describe the wrath I would inflict upon him and would kick him out immediately. I couldn't look at him.
