An older white act, Dave Clark Five gets pushed aside for an act that brings in different type of audience, a hip hop fan base, a predominately minority fan base, that might not be accessible if the HOF stuck with rock acts only. Are you sure? It looks like a gray area to me. It does make sense though and would cut Journey's members list in half. I was trying to calculate if that would have effected Schon going in with Santana but it looks like he would have made the cut off by a year or two if that was the case.

Are you sure? It looks like a gray area to me. It does make sense though and would cut Journey's members list in half. I was trying to calculate if that would have effected Schon going in with Santana but it looks like he would have made the cut off by a year or two if that was the case.
