My soon-to-be-ex refuses to acknowledge her betrayal was cheating because she and the other guy "only had oral sex". My therapist and I are still struggling with that one.

Cheaters always rationalize it. Inappropriate text messaging sexual stuff, emailing graphic things, webcams, oral sex, it's all cheating. On the flip side, if what someone is trying to say isn't cheating and if their spouse did the exact same thing they're doing, could they get away with any of the above by saying it's harmless? And oral sex wasn't sex? Hell, no.

The question I have is this:

If it was Cooter from the Ozarks cheating on his wife, and ran his Escalade over a fire hydrant...would we even know or care about it?

Why do we care because its Tiger Woods...the man is entitled to his privacy same as Cooter is...IMHO...

Hehe....you said cooter :D

BTW, I just took a look at that Rachel. Her looks don't fit the profile for someone that a high ranking celeb like Tiger would mess with, even if he was going to. Just look at her:

http://specials.msn.com/A-List/Rachel-U ... %20Uchitel Yuk...she does nothing for me. She's a cheese face. I'm ruling this one out.

It wasn't funny at the time, but I suppose it is now...she now claims it doesn't count as oral sex because she didn't have an orgasm.

Remember, kids. Stay in school. And don't EVER get married.

If you've spent a majority of your life bullshitting people, I would imagine it's relatively easy.

A third woman is now being mentioned in Vegas. After his voice mail being played this morning on the morning show to the second woman, this was posted. And even though the first woman is denying it, there is now proof Tiger Woods paid for her flight to Australia.

Tiger Woods has just released the following statement on his website:

"I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.

Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. The stories in particular that physical violence played any role in the car accident were utterly false and malicious. Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect.

But no matter how intense curiosity about public figures can be, there is an important and deep principle at stake which is the right to some simple, human measure of privacy. I realize there are some who don't share my view on that. But for me, the virtue of privacy is one that must be protected in matters that are intimate and within one's own family. Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn't have to mean public confessions.

Whatever regrets I have about letting my family down have been shared with and felt by us alone. I have given this a lot of reflection and thought and I believe that there is a point at which I must stick to that principle even though it's difficult.

I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves. For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology."

breaking news... tiger confesses to letting his family down..... now if it was a ROCK STAR he would not have too... :-)
So now I think the story is going to blow over in a few weeks... then he needs to go to the driving range... knock 6000 golf balls off the tee 400 yards...to get all the stress out..
and go play again...

I wonder if divorce will happen....or sponsership??? Will they run away from him?

What a crock. Expounding on the importance of others to respect privacy. What happened to the virtue of not cheating on your wife with multiple women?

Lulz that the 3rd woman's name is Grubbs aka moneyGrubbs. She says she still wants to be "friends".

I agree. To me, this isn't a man that was on the road and cheated once or a few times. He has a pattern of a separate life and sense of entitlement with no care or morals regarding his marriage, and without all of this happening, his poor wife would have no clue that her husband is not the person he presents himself as in the marriage and the extent of his multiple cheating. God, I hope he wore rubbers. Can you imagine, he was planning to meet the second one around the time his wife was due but had to cancel b/c she had the baby. Screw him and his privacy. She needs to see him as the person he really is, and then let them have their privacy. But they will eventually divorce. She is stunning and from a great family. She will outgrow him. She has two babies now, and I'm sure it's so hard to break up their famiily now and too emotional.

There are innocent people involved...wife and children, perhaps Elin feels as
strongly about this as he does, regardless of what she plans for the future.

Well said ... it's not like he got drunk and had one slip up at a hotel while on a long road stretch. Not that that would be ok, but I don't think I'd judge him off of that. But, like you said, it was repeated behavior. I will gladly cast stones. With fame, privilege, and money comes higher scrutiny. When you act like a scumbag like this, you deserve every word of bad press you get.

The details may be very ugly to hear for her, but without all the excruciating details and timeline and knowledge of multiple partners, he would paint a far different scenario of his cheating to her or, even worse, she would never know and would wake up at 40, after 13 years of marriage, getting divorced and realizing her marriage had been a sham the whole time with him cheating repeatedly the entire marriage. She deserves better in life. I would want to know. After it all comes out, it will die down, and they will be left alone to deal with the aftermath privately.

I agree!! It's fun to watch the suffering of innocent human beings while
the tramps involved are getting exactly what they are after...fame, notoriety
and probably a ton of money for their stories!! It takes a very
stupid woman/man NOT to know that there is trouble in a marriage without
the help of the press.

I see your point there, but Tiger should be called out for what he is. The argument people are framing is that it's Tiger who deserves privacy. He certainly doesn't.
