Encouraging news Andrew....on all fronts.

Cant wait to hear more!

Yes, my 41 year old sagging tit is waiting anxiously  :P

Cyclops tit?

Well, figuratively I guess you could call "one" tit a cyclops...... but I was assuming one only would be signed, according to Frank

I see.

Saint John wrote:Great post, Frank ... but I think he can do both. I'm quite certain that the day before acoustic show and meet and greet is strictly for $$$. The man needs a budget to fly these guys in and out them up, and the extra $$$ helps to entice them with some sort of perks. The only way to do so is with $$$. But I agree with you. Jim Peterik lines up every artist at a table after his World Stage show and you can walk by, say a few words, buy a CD, take a picture, shake a hand or just get your panties wet. And that's really cool.

I thought this was great idea (having each artist at the table) when I saw Peterik and his World Stage show! We were actually able to talk to the musicians for quite a while after the show, it was beyond cool especially with Rik Emmett there :D

Mr Die hards. I'll take Eden's Curse.

RICK FREAKIN SPRINGFIELD. sigh........maybe you and RS can get a "friends fly free" ticket from wombat land.

Plenty of time to correct course folks and have the world revolve around your availability. Keep that date free.

Yeppers.

Weekend of a ginormous annual convention (planned years in advance) for which I am a national officer and cannot skip.

Don't expect Andrew to give a rat's ass about my availability; just cursing the rotten luck.

May 1st in Chicago... I'm assuming this will not be an outdoor event, yes?

May in Chicago isn't too bad. By that time the theme parks are open and stuff, because it's usually pretty reasonable outside. But I doubt the show itself will be outdoors.

I don't know, it can still get pretty cold and rainy in early May, or it could be sunny & warm. Kind of a crap shoot that time of year. I live only about 90 miles north so our weather is just a few degrees colder than Chicago's.

There may be a Plan B for any folks that can't make the May 1 show - the only official MRF show of 2010, but still....there may be options.
