I think if Journey could somehow roll out a new singalong song that gets people talking, they have a chance of being on the radar with the HOF. The thing, is what ever they do now, it always leads back to THAT ONE SONG that happened around three singers ago, seven albums ago and 28 years ago. That's a lot of perceived empty space between then and now that just isn't recognized. Foreigner, Styx and REO are all in the same boat. For better or worse, they haven't evolved with bands like U2 or Bon Jovi and managed to stay in the public's conscious on a consistent basis over the years.

This was a rather genius move by Neal The Douche (Actually, I'm sure it was management)to extinguish the flames of Tapegate. I never believed Soto was the "permanent lead singer." Never.
