Fuck...I knew Detroit was a shithole and VERY economically depressed, but only $583K???? You still can't purchase a decent house in the Boston area for that price! WTF :shock:

The Silverdome is nicer than the Superdome in New Orleans? Interesting. I've never heard a negative thing about the Superdome (at least as domed stadiums go).

Yes, I was at the Jets game(last game of the season), and the game in which Barry broke the 2,000 yd mark. My son was born the following august, and I haven't been to a game since.... :lol:

since Katrina, so it's good. I believe the Silverdome is larger or at least
it seems larger to me. N'awlins is all about their history, so the Superdome

Watching baseball even if you had box seats you were miles away from the action on the field...
football isnt much better!!

METRODOME SUCKS as a place to watch anything... glad the twins are out next year ... Brett will be able to help secure the Vikes a whole new domed stadium for the teams future and the cities future...

Loved the Superdome pre katrina... been there once to see the Saints and the Packers play..

Domed statdiums shouldn't even be allowed for baseball games. It simply NEVER works. The place in Tampa is a fucking shithole along with the Hubert Humphrey Craphole in Minnesota. Baseball was never meant to be played indoors on a fucking carpet dyed green. As for football...domes are for fucking pussies!

Agreed. I played 16 college baseball games in that shithouse. What a completely worthless place to play baseball. The Twins enjoy a huge home field advantage annually because that place is a motherfucker to get used to.
