Holiday, when does yours start?

A much needed break begins at 3:36pm tomorrow! My students want a party, but I'm giving them the gift of work packets, lol
Merry Christmas!

Boy I woulda given you hell back in grade school days for that. I drove a few of my teachers to tears, no joke.

My students had to clean desks, counters, floors, sinks, etc.........they made the mess, they have to clean up at end of semester. I bet a few of them are regretting leaving such a mess! LOL! Boy my room looks so much better. They actually had fun doing it. I played Christmas tunes and gave each of them a job to do. The room is clean and organized. Now I have my time till Jan. Yippie! I gave ribbons to the winners of my art show, and wished them all a Merry Christmas.

I was always the dude that washed the chalk board. There was just SOMETHING about washing that chalk board that makes little kids feel their on acid trips. (Not that I've ever been on an acid trip haha )

The fumes from the stuff we clean the whiteboards would make you feel that way!

Monday at noon. hopefully. kids are gone but some backordered fundraiser stuff came in that I will have to deliver to the houses! argg. then I go back the 4th and 5th for staff development/workday and kids are back Jan 6. but I'd rather be at work than at home so it depends on what ya call vacation I suppose. hehe

2 Christmas pagents tomorrow and then my gigs are done.

I think I'll put up the tree today. maybe some shopping.

I saw Blind Side last night. such a chick movie. argg. I was looking at my watch.
