The classic lineup deserves to be in, but the rest of their time has been tarnished with the lip syncing and all the bullshit band garbage. I don't ever think they will be inducted. Just My Opinion. However, Perry wouldn't miss that for the world. There are some things you just have to do and that would be one of them. If he showed for the Walk of Fame, he would definitely show for the HOF but the question is what would they or would they perform? The HOF wants inductees to perform. And who would induct them? Sammy?

Not very likely to happen given their history. I'll be shocked if we ever hear another live tune come out of that man's mouth. Pretty sad actually.

In a word.....retired. The man does not have to do anything and if he intended to perform again it seems like he would have by now. I think he is comfortable just leaving the legacy as it is and for having gone out after recording a good album.
