I'm shaking in my boots. San Diego doesn't scare me. Indianapolis doesn't scare me. It's all about ShitsburghI'll make a prediction right now...Both the Bengals and the Patriots lose next weekend. The reality is that if you finish with the 4th seed, you play the Colts if you win your first game. If you finish with the third seed, you play San Diego. I'd personally rather face the Colts and I suspect Belichick feels the same way. If Brady plays on Sunday, I suspect he won't be in there at all in the second half and I wouldn't be stunned if Belichick pulled him before halftime or didn't play him at all.
Have to agree with JiB. Pittsburgh isn't scaring anyone. They just aren't that good.
I guarantee you Indy wants no part of San Diego though!
Pittsburgh would be the scariest team in the tournament, hands down and all the writers, columnists and fans are saying the same. But no one has to worry anymore and the Bungles or Pats can breathe. The Pats will beat Houston for #3 and the Bengals will rest their starters against the Jets. The Jets not only received a gift, but they have it PERSONALLY GIFT WRAPPED from the NFL. To make the playoffs, they need to beat two teams resting their starters. Couldn't have played out better for the Jets. As for Cinci, they are missing the fact that they are ailing and have BARELY beat the Chiefs, and would lose 3 outta the last 4 games. Not a way to go into the playoffs if your Cincy. If anything they should beat down a team that needs to win and make the playoffs and be taken a LITTLE serious in prime time. Over in Bungles land, they are hoping and praying they throw it so they don't see Pittsburgh.
If the Steelers are eliminated, I am rooting for Green Bay to take it all. I've said it all season they were going to turn it around. I'm calling GB/Philly NFC Championship Game. If the Steelers are done, GO PACK GO!
