I just awoke from a 3 hour nap after getting the first real legitimate sickness since late 2008 for me. Between beating the hell out of my body sleepwise and boozewise in New Orleans for 3 days, a long travel day back after an all-nighter, and this bitter cold weather, I've gotten either a nasty cold/respiratory thing or maybe strep (givin it one more day of sleep). I didn't get to try Etouffee but my bud had some at Oceana and said it was excellent. My favorite gumbo was a chicken & sausage gumbo from a place called Cajun Cabin or something like that. Great stuff.
