Its fucking cold!!!!!!

Ok, it's 37 here right now. Heat pumps suck. We have cinder block houses with crap thin windows and horrible insulation for cold on Florida. Our homes are built for heat, not cold. The news just said floridians can get hypothermia at freezing because our bodies our not adjusted for cold temps. You northerners need to stop makng fun

I was a northerner and I NEVER felt this cold IN my house ever!!!!

It's a downright balmy 16 degrees here in Chicago right now with a possibility of 6'' to 9" of snow starting tomorrow night :wink:

LOL...yep! I knew it! No, it didn't even make it to 50 today....mid 40's with our lovely high fog that never broke. But I'm still not wearing a coat.

We've been having the 20s at night and low 50s during the day. I think next week we are supposed to be warming up.. pew!

Me too. I hauled the pic out because he left us 5 years ago yesterday (and no "I'm sorry" posts needed, guys... it's fine... lol!) -- And by "hauled the pic out", I mean "stole it from my sister's facebook and cropped her one of my other sisters out." :lol:

I shouldn't have cropped it - in the background you can see my stuffed E.T. doll and very ugly sofa. Very dated picture.

And just so not to derail the topic - it's fk'ing freezing here too!!
