Steve Perry sound-a-likes...

I thought it might be interesting to start a thread and post clips/videos of people that sound a lot like Perry. Maybe some of you (like me) have heard a song and thought it WAS Perry, only to find out you were mistaken. :shock: :lol: Here's one of those songs I heard on here that I just KNEW was a Cain/Perry demo. I was wrong...

Alright... FOCUS people!!! Here's a shameless plug for one of the first songs I ever wrote. I sent this song to Jeremey and he sent it back with the finished vocals the next day. The first time I heard it, I was like :shock:. I thought "DAMN he sounds a lot like Perry!!!". :D

I watched my long lost 1981 live in Houston DVD last night. It's a masterpiece. Nobody will ever replace Steve or Smitty. It's just phenomenal.

Funny you posted this Steve! Dave (the keyboardist) sent me a messgae on Myspace just this morning and gave me one of the nicest compliments I've heard about one of my songs. Talk about a coincidence! :shock: :lol: He's a really nice guy. I think they sound great too. He's working on some new tunes that hopefully we'll be hearing soon. :wink:
