I'm personally entirely opposed to abortion and would never counsel anyone who petitioned me for input to get one. Nonetheless, this issue should be decided by the women themselves, and not overweight, middle-aged robed men. If you believe that anyone who undergoes that procedure will have to reconcile with her maker, that's fine. Only He can know. But it's not up to you, ye balding white males aged 35-54, to make that decision for them or tell them what to do with their bodies.

For starters, I am pro life. So as far as I am conserned I hate the whole ugly thing. But I have heard the tears and heartaches of those who have gone through it. I was just saying it is easy for those who have no idea what it is emotionally to go through such a thing to quickly label people with a broad brush stroke. I was not rationalizing it. But you as a guy cannot fathom the struggle or the pain that goes with such a choice. Sometimes people are put through these choices under great pressure. Usually some creep who is looking out for his own intrests. Unless you understand why a person has made the choice. You should not put them in your conveinient little mold. I wish it was not an option, and I do not think the government should fund it. I hate what it does, and I hate that a child dies. I was just saying good people have made that choice. And I for one will not demonize them.

This is the best pro-life opinion that I've ever heard or read. In fact, what you have there is almost a pro-choice stance, except for where you say that you wish it were not an option.

I agree with your whole post except for that part, only because the fact is, women were doing this UNSAFELY before it was legal, and would still being doing it today if it weren't legal. At least with the choice available, they have a safe way to go about what they probably would have gone and done anyway.

But really, what I've said all along here is that the fact is, it's a legal medical procedure, and just as with any other medical situation, it's no one's damn business to comment or judge and it concerns no one but the patient. She's the only one who knows her situation and the only people she has to worry about answering to is herself.

Shouldn't the “pro-choice” position respect Pam Tebow’s decision to choose Life and then tell others about that choice? What is the worst case scenario in allowing this ad to air? Women are exposed to an example of sacrifice for the sake of an unborn child.
The fact of the matter here is that they are attacking more than just Tim Tebow and his mother for having the courage of their convictions to share the positive message of Life—they are attacking you and me, and the values we stand for.

Religious people can be so god damn judgmental. Here in France we have separated the church and state, and that's how it should be. Any kind of religious marks, bracelets or whatever is illegal in the school for example. Why's that? To avoid any kind of religious moral or "rules" into the citizens life - so that they can decide for them self whether or not they want to have an abortion or whatever. It's a personal choice, and not something some indoctrinated Christian will and can decide for others than them self.

An abortion before the 22nd week is safe and practically non-invasive.
