Coke kicks the crap out of Pepsi as the pics toward the beginning of this thread show. :-)

There's very little difference in taste between the Throwback Pepsi and the "regular" Pepsi. The only difference is real sugar over high-fructose corn syrup. Both ingredients have virtually the same taste and no one would've even known the difference if it hadn't been advertised.

The throwback Pepsi actually tastes sweeter and more syrupy but not rough, I notice the same thing with Mexican Coke. You can really taste the difference with the Mountain Dew throwback. The lime flavor doesn't dominate as much.
In my opinion there is a difference in taste but more so with Mountain Dew than Pepsi or Coke.

What the fuck is a throwback Pepsi? Is that when you throw it back at the waitress for not serving you a Coke?

My pick:

Coke if I'm mixing it with rum.

Pepsi if I'm drinking it like a soft drink.

Ya just can't beat Captain N' Coke

My proprietary recipe is

Lots of Captain, Dash of Coke

(Patent Pending)

Pepsi need not apply.
