Pete's guitar parts are not that difficult and it was like he just showed up and phoned it in and acted really loopy even for Pete.
Regarding his voice, he would just kind of sing wherever he felt like it.
You can't do that and any musician making a living can tell you that. You sing where you're supposed to and stay off the mic unless you're going to be there for your parts.
Otherwise, they could've left the backup band to just do the harmony stuff.That has nothing to do with age. I hope Roger was all over Pete after the gig.
