Everything sounds good, Jim. Good luck to you guys...it's a tough business to get recognized, but good for you to follow your passion. The singer, Alex, is very talented. He sings better than all the contestants in those talent shows.

It is a tough business indeed. When Jim was in 3rd grade the teacher asked him what he's gonna be when he grows up , he said a musician. Teacher then said "you know you can't be both at the same time ,right ?!"

Thanks Annie, I appreciate that. I really like Alex's voice, and I think he does an amazing job on our tunes!

I'm not one for superlatives...Alex has a very pleasant tone and good range. Like I say, better than those singers that get on the AI shows.

He said "who is that freak over there in the corner shoving chicken nuggets in his ass?". Then he went on to have a kick-ass concert, as they hauled the poor guy away. :D

I think we're hoping for June. Our drummer Fede will be going to the studio there in Italy on Feb 26th. He'll be there for three days, then once he's done... The guitars are next. Alex and Ruben will probably spend over a month on the guitars alone. Hopefully he'll be coming here in April to mix everything. Once we mix it, we'll send the first 3 or 4 songs that are finished, to record labels to see who offers what. While they're checking them out, we'll be finishing everything else up. Then we have to have the actual cd's made (IF we just get a distribution deal). If a label offers us enough backing, we'll let them handle doing up the cds.

Another thing we'll be starting to work on in the next couple of months, is our website... a LOT of work in itself right there! I'm excited about it all though, and I look forward to seeing where it will all go! We'll probably sell about 10 cd's and have closets full of the rest of them though!

Well you have to wait for all good things. Put me on the list for a cd Jim.

All kidding aside ,
Jimbo is a great dude and an even greater musician. I was just busting his chops cause there for a while his obsession with me was much alike of Stevew2s obsession for Frigga.

No more keyboard player jokes. Now if Jimmy would grow some balls and purchase NHL10 for his PS3,,,,

+1 :)

Cool!!! I knew you were a sweetheart after all.

How do you figure me being a sweetheart only cause I'm asking for a free CD from Jimborino ?!

Well because you like his music for one. But no free cd hon we all have to pay for it.

PAY ?!?!

Cancel my "order" JungleJim !!!!

Dude... I was THIS close to scratching you off of my Christmas list! :? I thought you were being serious. I don't know what the hell's been wrong with me for the last few days. I've just been in a shitty mood lately, and I can tell that I've been an asshole to a few of you here. I appologize. Probably part of it is that I haven't had any damn days off of work! I worked all weekend this weekend, one day last weekend, and worked the entire weekend before that! I need a fucking break.

I'm also stressing about getting this album done, which I KNOW is just unneccesary pressure I'm putting on myself. I have a LOT of prep-work to do in the next couple of weeks so that Fede will have the tracks he needs in the studio.

On a separate note... you're right about there being too much keys throughout the songs. They won't be as prevelant in the final recordings. They're very dominating in the songs right now, but that's because I WRITE the songs, and I play keys. I'll definitely be giving these songs breathing room from them in the final recordings now that I know what Alex will be playing in the songs. That was some very good feedback, and we've actually talked about it in the past. Don't judge the keys until you hear the final mixes.

Oh, and I don't play ANY sports games... sorry! Get your ass on some Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2, and I'll play all day! :D

Alright alright. I'll buy the damn thing.

And I seriously didn't think you were taking my jokes seriously about the music. Shit I just made ond on the BooWhoo thread. Your music is just fine. It's your attitude that needed some adjustment
And I was joking about the too much keyboards. It sounds just fine.

On a side note. You HAVE to teach me how you do the 50 nugget "trick". I couldn't even get the first one near the "entrance". What's your secret ?! ;)

Your first beer on me in ChiTown April 30th ;)

Here's the secret... lots of hot sauce! And I won't be in Chitown... I have a P.T. test that day. I have to take them twice a year. Once in October, and once in April. This year just happens to fall on April 30th.
