I had both come up when I looked....

They would , but more than likely, group shuttling like that usually has to be scheduled in advance, so there would have to be set times they'd drop off and pick up.
(sorry - don't mean to come off know-it-all-y... but this is literally my job....lol!! Group rooms for social blocks like this are what I do) 10:30 seems like an odd cutoff time though.

I only booked for Sunday, maybe that's why! Maybe they only have King rooms on Sunday?

Hmm.. that IS weird! Wonder if you call with that code, if that would make a difference... and I wonder if any other hotels have a bar on-site. Wasn't Cleveland a Holiday Inn too?

Good luck & see everyone there!

Again, not to come off all know-it-all-like, but the online booking tool for IHG (Holidy Inn and the others under the same parent company) with group rates is not the greatest setup. If it isn't displaying the proper rate or room types (this happens a lot, I deal with it every day, as I work for an affiliated hotel, therefore - same exact online setup), you'll have to do it by phone.

It says 4, though I wonder if maybe they charge more for the other 2 adults. But I think the queen rooms are gone alreadyAnd you can always get more in a room. You just don't tell them

They generally don't have bars... I mean I'd never say never, but I've never seen one with a bar.

I would if I could, B, I swear. Dude, I can't even get my employee rate at this HI because the rate is locked out - I figure it's because of the MRF block - LOL... (they lock out our rates when large groups are in house or they're sold out) I'm gonna try and call but I think they're gonna tell me to go fuck off.I can also wait until the 4/8 cutoff and see if my rate opens back up... I might also look into the Hampton - I think I can pull one of two strings I have with Hilton. I LOVE my job!!

The room rate goes up if you have 4 in a double, yes. You're right, most people don't tell them in order to keep the rate down, but be careful of that - if they see you reserved for 1, and they need the double rooms , they will move you to a single and you don't get to complain... they'll tell you "You reserved it for one person, you didn't tell us 3, so sorry..."
