Anything you have would just be the demos... you wait until you hear the difference. :D I seriously HOPE that anyone who gets our cd does so legally, but in this day and age... you can't stop people from doing it. I do occasionally download something if it leaks out, but I also ALWAYS go out and buy the cd when it does release. Dan can attest to my cd collection... I have more money in cds than most people have in their cars. :shock: :lol:


I know what you mean. The 3 tracks off the new Journey CD are amazing. They did a great job dubbing Arnel in, even though he won't be here for a couple months.
Are you guys planning to tour?


No Steve, we aren't planning on touring. We may do some showcase shows or something. I guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of response we get. If there's enough people interested... we would definitely look into it. I don't want to put the cart before the horse. As it is, we'll probably sell 50 cd's and I'll go bankrupt! :shock: :lol: I just made a pretty large investment in this thing yesterday, so i hope I can even break even. Guess we'll just cross that bridge when we get to it! :wink:

Awesome Duncan, and thanks! :D I now have 4 of the songs back from the studio, and I can't even tell you how awesome the drums are!!! Everything they sent me is pretty much just one take with zero editing. He is seriously a walking metronome... :shock: :lol: I'm not exaggerating when I say that I think he's every bit as good as Deen. He's that incredible. The drum sound we went for was a mix of Toto's FIB album, and Journey's Arrival album. :D

I think at this point it's safe to say that we'll have 12 songs on the album. We may also be throwing a couple of surprise tracks in there, that I think would be awesome!!! I guess it'll depend what the labels would be interested in, but that's the plan right now. We're still not even sure if we'll get involved with a label yet... time will tell. :wink:

Thanks again everyone! :D I just wanted to give you the latest... Fede has recorded 10 songs in the last two days, and will finish up the last two tomorrow. His playing has kicked every one of these songs square in the ass, and he's making us all sound like shit now! :shock: We're gonna have to play our asses off just to keep up with his quality of playing!!!

The funny thing now is that some of my songs I wrote some time ago that used to be my least favorites, are now my favorites! :lol: He's breathed new life into them and made them sound amazing. Wait until you hear "Eye Of The Storm" and "Long Night". I wrote LN 7 years ago, but it sounds 1000 times better now than I ever could have imagined.

Again, thanks for the support. I'll give you a final update from the studio tomorrow.

I don't know yet... It'll probably have to be pretty late this year, or early next year. We'll see, because I'd LOVE to do it. It's just going to cost a fortune to get Alex here. It would be awesome if I could get all three of them here! :D

Thanks! I just talked to Alex in the studio, and they only have 1 more song to go! Lars (the guy who owns the studio) loves our songs and was up until 4:00am last night editing them! :shock: :lol: They sound freaking amazing, and we've decided to use his studio for mastering our project once we get it mixed. This guy is a has some serious talent in the studio!!! :wink:

Seriously dude... or use it to promote your album via YT, Facebook, Myspace etc. Don't just post it here for us. I bet someone here that's really good with video editing would even help you spruce it up and make it professional. I would if I was good.

:lol: :lol: :lol: All the drumming time in the studio was recorded with a HD camera, and we have hours and hours of footage. Every time the record button was hit, the camera was on. We'll all be filming our final recordings, and we'll definitely be using them at some point in the future. It's too early to say what for yet. We'll have to wait and see.

They have officially wrapped up all of the recordings now, so now the pressure is on Alex, Ruben and myself to deliver some kick-ass performances! :wink:
