I know, my bad...I was much too brief sometimes when more expansiveness was needed, you are correct. SJ is a tough case, B....all we all can do is show him love. Everyone please join us in this cause and show SJ an abundance of love and affection no matter what he does or says. Too much love, for him, is not enough so give all you can to the cause, because it's going to take ton's of it.

I've been lucky regarding anxiety because, so far, I've had a pretty good life. And I have as much compassion as anyone. Awww, yes, I am old but I still got some life in me. In fact I am participating in an adventure race called the Warrior Dash, in May. It's part running, part obstacle course. Why don't y'all join me and I'll encourage you through the course, over the cargo net climbs and all. Best part, you may find, is that there will be a celebration after the race with beer, food and music. It's gonna be fun!

I've done a race like that before-it was fun. Most of the course was through mud about two feet deep, then a couple mile run on the gravel road and up the sand dune, a swim through the canal then back through the mud again.

I kayak often as weather permits and go to the gym on a regular basis....but I just turned 50 ( yeah, yeah, 50 is older then you, B) so I figured it was time to challenge myself a bit more...kind of a goal I set to do to try to accomplish. I sure don't think I'm going to win the race, of course, but it will be a small achievement, at least to me, if I can complete it in good time. I'm really looking forward to it! If you are interested check out the Warrior Dash website as they have several races lined up across the country. ...not sure there is one in your area but there might be one not too far from you.
