YouTube Comments

Do ya'll ever read the comments left by people on YouTube? I've found them many times to be very enlightening. I read all the comments on Spaceman and one of them said this:

"The music situation in the bay area was
totally dominated by Bill Graham he tried
to keep his Main Bands on top . Santana
Jefferson Airplane-Starship when Gregg
Rolie & Neal Schon formed this band
after a local radio station KSAN. asked
their fans to name the band. they were on
their own Herbie Herbert produced them
and they called it "Weed High Nightmare
Music" and then Steve Perry joined and
the rest is History.................... "

I don't recall ever reading that but it makes sense... Wouldn't Journey have been one of Bill Graham's main bands? Maybe not..

Somebody else posted this and I hope Neal--or whoever reads it--tells him because I thought this was just beautiful:

"@HardRockCandyMan This was the first Journey album I ever owned, I was 17, it was 1977. A friend recommended it, said "the band jammed". I was stunned when I heard it, then went out and bought the first two, and of course was even further blown away. I STILL AM. Probably, for the briefest of times, the most accomplished 4some ever carved to vinyl."

I know how CandyMan feels; I love so many different bands and music but for the briefest of times, they were the most accomplished 4some ever carved to vinyl... Dang.

that is actually a good comment. I read youtube comments all the time, and JRYNY ones are by far the worst. They make me mad.

Yeah, YouTube comments-- especially the journey ones-- are usually either just trolls or people going "OMG STEEV IS SOOOOOO HAWT LOL!!!11!!" There are some cool ones that are memories/etc., but for the most part the comments just annoying, so I've quit reading them.
