Sat close enough to watch the sweat bead off his brow while he performed this in August 08. Amazing tribute.

Tito and I saw him at Durty Nellie's in Palatine, Illinois. Pretty good show, even though he was sicker than fuck.

He doesn't drink and I usually buy because he's always the DD. And I think that's fair. Been that way since 1993 in college. The only thing that's changed is he's even cheaper now.  Though he did offer me a bottled water at his house a month ago that wasn't one that he drank, refilled and put back in the fridge.

Even if he did treat it would be a 2 year old six pack of keystone, or old milwakey

Seriously, Steve, I went to his house and he handed me a bottled water, and I opened it and noticed the seal was already broken (like the one on JasonD's asshole  ). I asked him if he opened it and that's when he told me that he drinks them, washes them out, refills them and puts them back in the fridge. And that's fine for yourself, but give a fucking guest an unopened one!!!

I do that when I'm running low on a case of water, I'll save the last few, but yeah, I'd never give one to a guest. I'd just as soon tell them to grab a cup and some ice from the freezer and fill up from the tap. At least then they know what they're getting
