Not surprisingly, here comes RedJoe13, defending Ben Rapistberger, while at the same time, looks the other way when his favourite band commits musical larceny.

AND not suprisingly, here comes a blogger citing a blog that cites facebook postings of 21-year-olds damning the guy. I have no stake, I hate the Stillas and don;t care about Big Ben.

Just like the 911 thread. A blog cited a rumor of an AMD and you rubber stamp it as "Fact To Be Debunked By You Cons."

A blog implies Karl Rove murderd more people than the Unabomber and you want to send that to The Library Of Congress and have it certified as "Ample Evidence That Rove Is A Murder."

If anything, the post is more exculpatory for Rapistberger than accusatory here Ben.

There's nothing that I don't agree with. He's got to be a DUMBASS to even think about stepping into ANY night club of that matter when he's as big as a celeb as the next guy walking in. He's been doomed before by women, one who was virtually insane who bragged about dating him, wanting his child, and all of a sudden a year and a half later he raped her.

Buffoon? Totally, but it's a double edged sword. Forget football for a moment and realize that this dude is out with his buddies having "fag" drinks and hanging with women, and even ALL kinds of men. The speculation is there, but good luck in REALLY getting to the bottom of this because even though accusations can be takin with a grain of salt, the word around is that Ben was friendly with mostly everyone and cooperated and had a really good time with friends as well as fans. Everyone who was around Ben that night or around such incident has absolutely no re-call of anything happening or had anything bad to say about Ben other than the victim of whatever it may be.

One moment he's in the bar and the next he's being interviewed for sexual assault. The dude probably slapped her ass or something.. shit, it could POSSIBLY be that this chick doesn't even know who the perpetrator even REALLY is. It's something that won't be solved anytime soon, and it's a shame his image took a brutal hit. I'm as disappointed as anyone, because you have guys like the Murderer Ray Lewis at the scene of the crime, and countless number of Bungles and Ravens players getting caught single handily, and Plax shooting himself in the leg, but yet accusation's are something that can be made by anyone against any pro athlete for extortion. Ben's a certified douche for putting himself in this situation where it could of been inevitable, but I won't call him a douche for going out. Athletes do worse, like having a gun fight in the locker room.

The haters are lovin' it, as I would too if someone like Ovy or someone with a rivaled team would get caught with his hand in the cookie jar, but when the dude as a man is getting bombarded over accusations, it's hard to pass judgment over anyone.

He should be suspended by the team just for being an idiot. Waiting until the investigation is concluded is ridiculous. He had no business putting himself in a position where this was even remotely possible.

The Rapistberger plot thickens:

As it turns out, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was palling around in Milledgeville, Georgia not only with two off-duty cops from Pennsylvania but also with an on-duty officer who would later investigating the charge of sexual assault.

According to the Milledgeville Union-Recorder, Sgt. Jerry Blash posed for photos with Roethlisberger earlier in the evening, both alone and with a group of other officers.

"The photographs did not and have not affected the investigation at all," Police Chief Woodrow Blue told the Union-Recorder.

This subplot probably would be far less meaningful if I hadn't seen parts of Superbad the other night on FX. And it's a shame that the whole criminal complaint thing happened; otherwise, Ben might have eventually gotten a chance to fire bullets at a burning cruiser.

Supposed word out of Denver is that Orton will start... who knows how true that is. I don't really see too much difference in their styles, to be honest.

I really wanted to see what Quinn could do over the course of a whole season. I'm disappointed we never got the chance here in Cleveland, even though I don't think he's ever going to turn out to be very good. Philosophically, I believe in giving a player, especially a QB, an honest chance, which we never did. I think even if Quinn turns out to definitely be the below-average QB I now believe he is, that objectively it was a complete failure in Player Development 101.

With that said, ALL signs point to him being a BAD NFL quarterback. He does some things well - he ran our no-huddle offense pretty well at the end of the season, for example. But, he's got a noodle arm and couldn't come within 5 yards of a receiver, even on routine passes. His passes also have a not-too-solid, 'wobbly' quality to them that makes them prone to bouncing off receivers fingertips. It just doesn't look like a solid ball to catch when I watch it travel through the air.

I don't see him doing great things for Denver or any one else.
