Would You See "Glee" in Concert?

Postby rockinfayrose » Mon Mar 15, 2010 9:59 am

I'm curious to know what some opinions are of the upcoming concert tour of "Glee"...My dilemma is that this year I wanted to see a concert on my birthday in May, so I've been web surfing to see if anyone good will be playing on that day and the only one so far will be the "Glee" concert in Universal City. However, I'm not a fan of the show or cast and don't want to be stuck in some disappointing event...On the other hand, I do love many of the songs they cover and my boss has access to free tickets for this particular amphitheatre.

So any general thoughts on "Glee" in concert?

If people enjoyed seeing Rock of Ages then Glee shouldn't be much different.

I didn't care for Glee when it first premiered. I gave the show a second chance based upon a friend's suggestion. I now love the show b/c I've gotten to understand the storyline. So, I guess it falls into the same category as when people get attached to soap operas. I have the first season's DVD & I can't wait until the show premieres in April.

So to answer your question, yes I would go see them in concert but I would probably be the oldest person there. 8)

The word "glee" sounds like a gay pride show. No thanks. Nothing against gays, just not into it.
