LOL, nice Dan.

On a serious note, it really is Jokeland's fault. They gave him all that up front jack, guaranteed it, and you have to ask yourself- A guy who was so so in his Combine interviews, a bit overweight, and possibly gave off the feel of unmotivated- translated, why would you give this guy 53 million or whatever it was, up front? How about back fill the contract on incentives, bonuses and that sort of thing. Make him you know, earn his pay?

Then after, I repeat after last season, the Godmother, Al Davis, in his Ross Valory jumpsuit, says this(paraphrasing)- "Jarmarcus Russell, is a special football player." You kind of have to say to yourself that Oakland deserves this. Haha, I hate Oakland, but I feel for the
faithful fans like RWF, this joke of an operation. The fans they have are pretty damned good, except all the criminals who sit in the Black Hole, flip the camera off, and deep tongue kiss their girlfriends when the camera focuses in on them. Gotta love the spiked shoulder pads too. :) Oh yeah, their best player is the kicker, the guy who was arrested for trying to bribe a cop. :D

That is an incredibly accurate analogy ... except, in Ross's defense, he wore it over 25 years ago!

Timmy Wuerffel will probably get a look from virtually every team. Character is a huge plus in a sport that's not too far behind basketball in terms of thugs, and this kid's an extremely good person.

We're told that Tebow already has gotten a taste of the resistance he might face at the next level.

At the Scouting Combine, the Wonderlic exam is administered to players in groups. The 12-minute test is preceded by some brief instructions and comments from the person administering the test.

Per a league source, after the person administering the test to Tebow's group had finished, Tebow made a request that the players bow their heads in prayer before taking the 50-question exam.

Said one of the other players in response: "Shut the f--k up." Others players in the room then laughed.

More info on the Ben case:

During the coarse of the night, they have solid video evidence of that night in the nightclub. During the time of the incident occurred, they have footage of Ben and this girl near each other. Authorities said it was hardly a "Girls Gone Wild" scene at the time.

They also confirmed that this chicks blood alcohol level was up to 0.20! 10 times over the legal limit, and esp for those under 21. HAHA! Busted, this chick was so delusional that she probably couldn't even stand on the heels of her feet without falling over in a drunken mess. She also had a fake I.D present with her.

So, looks like another "So close, but try again" sexual assault case. When will these women learn?

Plus, no DNA present. What more is left?

I expect the chargers to be dropped, but Goodell lower the boom on Ben for atleast 2-3 games just for being a clear cut R-E-T-A-R-D child.

Off topic...did anyone just catch the Butler-Syracuse game? I don't care who wins, but the guy who made the 3 for Butler took about 4 steps before he shot the ball. Terrible job by the refs.

I'm watching. I didn't notice, but I was also on the computer. Butler got some unbelievable luck with the way both that 3 and the tip-back bounced high and up but then somehow went in. Good game though. I'm not too into NCAA ball any more because the talent just isn't there like it used to be, but I do love a good game like this.

Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will not report to the Steelers offseason conditioning program Monday, according to a team source.

After discussing whether Roethlisberger's presence on Monday would create too much of a distraction, the decision was made for him not to attend the team's offseason program.

It remains uncertain when Roethlisberger will report to the team.

Last week, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said he expected Roethlisberger to arrive with the rest of the Pittsburgh veterans. The quarterback also skipped voluntary workouts with the team two weeks ago.

Roethlisberger is accused of assaulting a 20-year-old college student in a Georgia nightclub on March 5, but charges have not been filed. Roethlisberger's lawyer says the quarterback committed no crime.

Roethlisberger also is being sued by a woman who says he raped her in 2008 at a Lake Tahoe hotel. He denies the allegation and has asked for counter-damages.

Things are going from bad to worse for the Steelers stars.... Santonio Holmes is now being sued civilly for assault and battery

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger isn't the only member of the Steelers currently facing challenges via the legal system.

Receiver Santonio Holmes, the MVP of Super Bowl XLIII, faces a civil lawsuit for assault and battery.

According to CourtHouseNews.com, the suit was filed on March 24, 2010 for an incident occurring only two weeks earlier in Orlando.

Specifically, the incident occurred on March 7 -- only two days after Roethlisberger's latest misadventures. And this possibly proves once again that players learn nothing from the misadventures of their colleagues.

The civil complaint contends that Holmes confronted plaintiff Anshonoe Mills after she refused to leave the arm of a couch in the VIP area of the Rain nightclub. Holmes allegedly "put his hand" in Mills' face while attempting to remove her from the couch. Holmes then allegedly "threw his entire glass cup of liquor" at Mills' face, allegedly causing a laceration below her eyebrow and "blinding her temporarily."

She claims that, outside the club, she asked a police office to "reprimand" Holmes for his conduct. The complaint then alleges that "he" (it's unclear whether the pronoun refers to the officer or Holmes) "proceeded to inform the plaintiff that he was an NFL football player and that he could not face criminal charges." Mills also alleges that Holmes then "offered to give [her] money because he was a [sic] NFL star and could not get into trouble."

Mills claims that she "felt pressure from [Holmes] and the Orlando Police Department not to press chargers," and that while under said pressure he made "a short victim statement incoherently stating that she was hit in the face and bleeding near her eyes, however, intended not to press charges." She claims that the Orlando Police Department failed to write a police report.

Holmes faces claims of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The owner of the club at which the incident occurred also faces a claim for negligent failure to provide adequate protection. (Hopefully, the security tapes haven't been covered up with new footage.) Mills seeks unspecified damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum of $15,000.

Alright, this is enough now. Now Santonio Holmes 3rd deal with the police came forward. Assaulting a woman, throwing a glass at her and cutting her eye. I'm done with this bullshit. This lays SORELY on the hands of Mike Tomlin. He needs to get a hold of his team, sit these mother fuckers down and take action. You N-E-V-E-R saw this BULLSHIT with Bill Cowher under the helm. These guys need their ass beat. If it comes to it, clean fucking house and lets go in a different direction rather than these thugs getting sexual assault charges and beating up women. Whatever these dipshits are doing, we need to save face because we are NOT the Bungholes or Birdies and we take great pride in our organization and it's been like that for quite some time. Our image has taken a damage because of 2 or 3 douchebags who think they are the law.

The Steelers need to rid of this scum before their reputation (if not already) gets lumped with The 20 a year Bunghole thugs and criminals... and it starts with the head coach to take care of it.

Holy shit dude... even as a Browns fan I'm starting to feel bad for you guys. I cannot believe this shit! Look at this!!!:

BREAKING NEWS: Mike Tomlin accused of sexual assault

Buckle in, Steelers fans. You're in for a wild ride in 2010.

Things went from bad to worse for the embattled organization yesterday when standout receiver Santonio Holmes joined quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in a web of legal issues.

Things got even worse this afternoon when allegations surfaced about an alleged incident of sexual battery committed by Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin.

Tomlin's accuser, a 26-year-old native of Williamsburg, VA and graduate student at Tomlin's alma mater, William & Mary, said the incident took place in a V.I.P. room at a bar Saturday night. No other details have been released. Police and the District Attorney of Williamsburg have advised the alleged victim to not comment further at this juncture.

Tomlin did not return phone calls or e-mails and the Steelers had no official comment on the matter.

Tomlin is the third Steeler in as many weeks to be accused of criminal conduct, joining star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who is accused of rape, and Super Bowl XLIII hero and MVP Santonio Holmes, who is accused of assault and battery.

The organization, owned by the celebrated Rooney family, is renowned for running a tight ship that ships troublemakers out of town on a fast rail. Now, the Rooneys face difficult decisions about how to handle three pivotal members of their organization all at once.

Wouldn't be surprised now dude. Yes, that's coming from a Steelers fan to where we would LAUGH at the Clowns and the Bungholes for these pieces of shit that are squatting and taking a big dump of diarrhea on a proud city and their fans. Thing is, the Rooney's don't tolerate it, neither will the fans and we will run these guys out of town and I don't have a problem doing it. I've seen my favorite players from head to toe go through free agency, so it wouldn't be nothing new to lose a guy I adore ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD. This isn't the Steelers way, period.. lets not start now, get rid of 'em and if their lucky, get ONE MORE strike, or even a 1/2 strike.

Any minute I'm waiting for:

"Jeff Reed eats woman's baby"
"Mike Tomlin hangs own children"
"Ben Roethlisberger reveals he's transvestite."
"Rashard Mendenall marries long time, same sex boyfriend"
"Heath Miller sets orphanage on fire"
"Troy Polamalu tombstones wife in fire pit"
"Charlie Batch and Willie Parker elope"
"Steelers fan assassinates long time respected owner Dan Rooney for not signing Terrell Owens"

Waiting for it.

Ricky Martin is no longer denying the rumors: He's confirming that he is gay.

In a statement on his Web site, Martin says: "I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am."

Ben missing OTA's is something that needed to take charge. The perv has MANY more personal things to worry about than football.

As far as Ricky Martin, W-T-F is going on. (Shock)
