It looks like the article was pulled, but the, Reuters has one . I think both guys or just one has something written for a play. It could be to draw attention/publicity to that or get the younger crowd to buy cd's. Who knows but evidently the one page said it would be one night and shown around the world and NOT a tour. At this point perhaps SP will tour 1st.

Gunbot is right 99.9% of the time, and I agree ABBA would sell a truckload of tickets for a tour, but did you know that ABBA has only sold 10.5 million albums in the US?

They've never had the selling numbers here but got a big boost in 1998 when the A-Teens retreaded Dancing Queen, getting their version serious airplay on Disney. I think that is one of the best known songs in the world,. Even here in the U.S. it has evergreen status, getting played at clubs and on Karaoke. If Glee hasn't covered ABBA yet, they will.

I hate every SOB who thinks just because you get older you shouldn't or couldn't perform.

I think ABBA's reluctance to perform together again has more to do with them all sleeping with each other than it does age or "remembering them as they were".
