N,

FGTH...were pretty cool, but the best track of the 80's that kept a Styx track from going to number 1 was Kajagogoo...too shy

Uhm... Back then, yeah. Now? Ugh... not so much. I look back at all the mullets, the skin-tight Jeans, the Nike high tops, the freaking peacock hairstyles (I honestly think there was a hairspray competition going on and maybe you could win a prize?), and I have to laugh like hell!  I have to admit... I had the Don Johnson shirts, the fishnet tank-tops, and the parachute pants. Back then, they were the shit though! :D

Lord... please forgive me for the clothes I wore back in the 80's. I watched MTV (when it was RADD), "Ferris Bueller's day off" and "The Lost Boys" and knew not, that the style of clothes would haunt me later in life. Please help me forget having to lay down on the bed to button those extra-tight Levis. I would also wish to NEVER see the Peacock hairstyle, or mullets for the rest of my life Lord. Thank you, and

AMEN!!!

I don't know Jim - a fondness for a well done mullet is still one of my guilty pleasures, I have to admit. Some guys look like total dickwads, but a lot of guys pull the look off. It drives me crazy when male friends of mine decide they want to grow their hair long, then just let a short hair style grow out. Doesn't matter how daft they look, or how many times they get told they need to change the cut and get it shaped around the face for it to work, they all have the same response - 'No way am I getting a mullet!'

Damn men and their total inability to understand hairstyles. Especially when so many of them have no problem growing long, thick, gorgeous hair without any effort. ARGH!
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Agreed, Breakfast Club was another good one. :)

I was just watching an episode of Brothers and Sisters the other night and noticed from that St. Elmo's clip that Rob Lowe has aged very well. Still a hottie, very good looking man. 8)
