I was so happy when MARIO did not win and when STACY did not win!! Although, I enjoyed watching them
both TREMENDOUSLY!! It's about learning, growing and improving w/each passing week !!
The contestants should be starting out at basically the same level!!
This show has become all about kickstarting stagnant careers (for some). :shock:

My favorites are usually the athletes!! I was torn between Jerry Rice and Drew because Drew had some experience!!
Emmitt is still the best winner yet!! :wink:

I adore Niecy Nash. I used to watch her on that Clean House show.

I've only ever seen her on that entertainment show she's on each night - The Insider or one of those? - maybe it's just the show that's annoying and not her specifically. She's been very funny and entertaining on DWTS so far.

as bad as she was, Buzz needs to go. I feel for Kate, and I don't particularly like her anyway. She's not a performer in any respect; whereas, most who come on there are or are sports figures, and have that ability to play to the audience. And she is petrified. You can see it. She's doing this to provide for her family financially. It beats working 12 hours a day and not seeing your eight kids to do something like this and get a nice payday, and then have time after it's over to be with your children. But you can see she is miserable and scared to death..

Aren't Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough both dancers? How does that work?

How much has Nicole's dance background helped?

Hough: I hate when people say, "No, it's a totally different monster. It doesn't help at all." That's ridiculous. Of course it helps! I think what helps the most is her musicality. But it is very true that this is hard. People make it look easy, but that's what's so hard about it — making it look easy. It's definitely a struggle, but I think her dance experience has allowed us to up the ante as far as choreography.

not me. I want Buzz to go. I love him, but he will never improve. The guy can barely turn his hips. The point of the show is to see improvement from week to week. As bad and terrifed as Kate is, I would like to see if she can overcome her fear and improve week to week or, at least, to the next week. It's a shame Shannon was sent home. Her dad was in the audience and she was not awful and I wanted to see show she progressed.

Pamela is turning the voters off (probably the majority are women) b/c after her dance she carries on just acting like a bimbo during the judges talking and interviewing her. She's annoying and isn't coming across genuine at all. There's no heartfelt emotion coming from her. And this last time where she kept acting like Marilyn Monroe afterwards instead of a real person I knew would turn off the voters, but I didn't expect her in the bottom two.

Okay, now I'm convinced Kate has all her kids voting, each with their own cell phone and internet log-in...that's 18 votes per child x 8 = 144 votes. Yep, that must be the answer to this befuddling mystery :lol:
