Still, he's Steven Freakin' Seagal, so... actually, no - can't give him a pass this time. Bad movies with someone else overdubbing his dialog is tough enough especially when they're all that way these days. There just has to be a limit.

It's a civil suit. Apparently there is some disagreement over the spitting vs swallowing part. Nothing in writing by either party, just an oral agreement.

Well I just tracked down a few more details and it sounds like a shakedown. I wouldn't be surprised if he had sex with her based on his own personality and her assertions on the 'Tyra Banks Show' that she uses her sexual appeal to trick men into giving her what she wants. But I'm not buying her version of events and the fact that she never went to the state police to file a criminal complaint and went right for the money only intensifies my doubts. No credibility.
