Hey, all's fair in love and BBQ Kenneth. I have never had better ribs than a KC smoker, and Carolina comes in a close second. I know Texas has it's good eatin, but man, tough to beat KC.

Can't vouch for any of the other ones, but as far as Carolina BBQ goes, it's hard to beat a chopped sandwich with the house-sauce and a Cheerwine at Lexington BBQ. Of course, no local place in North Carolina does ribs--not really sure why, but it just doesn't happen. You'll have to go out of state or to a chain place for those.

Im off every 4th Saturday,, but the 1st weeknd of May is of course MRF and the last weekend of May Im taking the kids on a little trip,,, so my next Saturday off after that would be June 26th,,, Early enough to plan it and make it a BBQ&BEER weekend ,,,, through in some jam session, few comedies and we'll have a fun weekend :)
