Arnel does a good job on that song, but he can't touch John Farnham's original. Of course, hardly anyone can...
Just curious, did you try and copy Arnel or did you go back to the LRB original that Farnham did while he was with the band?

I was inspired by John's original version more than what Arnel did. I love Arnel's voice, but he seems to copy exactly what he has heard. I tried to mix it up and put some harmony in and did the ending a little differently.

Thank you Gunbot, and you're right, it is a little slower. That bothered me too once it was finished, but it was too late. LOL

Man, I've got "Unchained Melody" recorded and did a few different things with it, but I'm almost afraid to post it. I need to run through it again and listen a little more carefully, then I'll post it.
