They aren't going to bracelet the underagers for that exact reason, they will take them off.
And yes, you can take it off with no problem. breaking those is easy, and it's not going to deter a determined 18 year old.

My point is, they put them on those who CAN be served, simply cause if they put them those who CANT be served, they will simply take them off and get their drink anyways.
Lynn said if they only give the bracelets to those who are of age , then they can take them off and give them to underage.... but if you break them off, then no underage can use them
