290 = epic construction (is it only eastbound though? i think its both but not sure)

The construction is only on the Eisenhower part going from Woodfield to Downtown. Hence the 294 part. B... when you get to Illinois, just keep going straight. Follow 294 to 290, it'll bring you back to 90W. It may be a little bit of a bitch, and a few tolls, but nothing like the sodomizing you'd get going downtown.

20 is Lake St. Don't do that. Pain in the ass detour through the burbs, stoplights every 10 feet. And don't take the Elgin-O'Hare either. That just brings you back to Lake St. And call me if you have trouble. :D

I repeat again - the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway goes to NEITHER Elgin NOR O'Hare. :lol: :lol: (no, seriously)

From O'Hare... I-190 east to I-90 West (Rockford).

Stay on 90 W... go 30 miles.... exit at the IL-31 (State Street) exit.

Exit State, go left (south) about a mile to the Holiday Inn.

She pwned me 8 ways to Sunday on some directions earlier. Even though I still don't see what was so friggin' difficult about what I said. But still.... You don't need GPS when you got RhiPS. I never leave home without it. :lol: :lol: You could make a wrong turn on the way here and end up in Amarillo and she could tell you how to get back without looking it up. :shock:
