Truthfully, it's going to be pretty simple. Just a small ceremony at my parent's house on the 4th of July, with catered BBQ & fireworks in the evening. Most of my time these days is getting ready to put my house on the market, looking for land in the few neighborhoods we've narrowed down, figuring out what options we want with the builder & going through the mortgage application process. I'm getting my 4-car garage with a 5th car bay added on for my workshop. So I'm excited about that.

It is for sure. The builder is giving us all kinds of deals & incentives. I'm still spending 3 times more than I've ever spent on one thing in my whole life on this though. It's scary shit.
