What's wrong with sex and nudity?

Nothing, but it's been overkill in horror movies. The new re-makes of Halloween and FT13 has it in every other scene. If I wanted to watch a porn, I'd gladly click in my favorites and go to work. 8) I paid $8.50 to see Fredrick Krueger kill some bitches in their nightmare's.

Looks like fan reviews of this one are 50/50. I still won't be surprised if their is a sequel.

Don't forget, this is the guy that thinks Wikipedia should be classified as an adult site because some of its articles contain nudity.

I dare you guys to watch Martyrs. It's the sickest horror film out there. The girl I watched it with the first time actually started crying over it. Elm Street is glitter and pink cotton candy in comparison.

I'm fine with all the blood, gore, and torture in the world. There's one thing that disturbs me deeply: Graphic rape scenes. I think it was "The Last House on the Left" that featured easily a 3-5 minute rape scene of some rough-looking redneck type dude (the main bad guy) raping a girl played by a early-20 something actress that could pass for 16 or 17 even completely dolled up. It was very disturbing to me and that kinda shit is just not necessary. You can show that it happened, but I don't need to see that simulation for 3-5 minutes.

Martyrs isn't that bloody or gory, but it's still far worse than anything. It's a very profoundly philosophical movie, but at the same time; gruesomely inhumane. But I get what you're saying. I'm not much of a movie person, since it's way too much hollywoody, dolled up and glamorized bullshit. The point of watching a movie, is that it's supposed to trigger some sort of emotion inside you.

Friday the 13th always had sex/nudity and drugs. In the 80's the subliminal message of these movies was: get naked/do drugs/have sex=death. When NOES came out it was more cerebral. More about the "sins of the father". And there was no nudity in the original although there were references to sex.

I know all the original friday the 13th films had nudity in them, but in the remake it's almost every five minutes.

the next remake might be......

Apparently, what the world needs right now is talking babies. Lots of them. Not only is 20th Century Fox reportedly planning a movie based on the E*Trade talking babies commercials, but someone has greenlit a remake of 'Look Who's Talking.'

According to Pajiba.com, Neal Moritz will be producing the revived 'Look Who's Talking' franchise. He seems to be a one-man remake machine, with 'Prom Night' and' S.W.A.T' already under his belt, and reboots of 'Highlander' and 'Escape From New York' listed as "in development."

As for the E*Trade babies flick, 'Parks and Recreation's' Katie Dippold is writing the script, which is -- brace yourselves -- a "mission movie," about a group of talking babies trying to make their way across the playground -- in 3D, if we're really lucky.

No director or stars have been announced yet for either project, but after her recent lawsuit against E*Trade, we're guessing it won't be Lindsay Lohan.
