The Flyers had several thousand empty seats during their home games for most of the season despite (on paper) having one of the most talented teams in the East. The Sixers only sell out against the Lakers and Celtics. Before the Phillies started buying World Series titles a couple of years ago, they were lucky to get 12,000 to show up for a weekend game. And those idiots still don't realize they traded away their only legitimate shot - ever - at a Super Bowl title by trading McNabb for virtually nothing.

That was a seriously rough series and both teams fought hard. They AND their fans should be very proud.

They're gonna lose a few very key players because of the salary cap so it was imperative to win it this year. They'll be solid next year as well because the core unit is signed for a long, long time.
