Officiating was solid? Whatever.

Gasol is a 7' soccer player...throws his hands up, lame-ass grimace on his face...begging for fouls...travels every time he makes a low post move. His pivot foot changes 8 times during the possession.

I thought the officiating was a non-factor in the game. In fact, it was. The play is what was terrible. Boston chose to play the game from the outside and the free throw disparity you're grumbling about is because they never took the ball to the hole and were trounced by L.A.'s offensive rebounding. Ray Allen was off again and the bench was mediocre, at best. The team that played horrible lost and the team that played bad won. What a shit game.

Lakers got boards due to absense of Perk. How many times do I have to say it?

I'm from Indiana and Reggie Miller would always take baby steps when he came off picks. For 20 years. It's not called because it would not get people in the stands. It would be sickning.

Yep, and your same Reggie Miller was the master of kicking his legs out during 3 pointers...to get the foul call from the refs...and they let him get away with it everytime...the state of officiating in the 4 sports is deplorable...NBA is the worst. Then the NHL...NFL and MLB follow....

As many as you'd like. I'm not disagreeing with you, but I'm usually tend to analyze the not-so-obvious. They needed Garnett to play strong and go down low and board and he pussed out.

And he should've been cited for charging, handcuffed and thrown in the slammer ...awful!!
That said the game was all about defense ...and I missed the first three quarters

Congrats Lakers fans ...that would be you, 78!!!

Honestly, 21 fucking free throws in the FINAL QUARTER for the Lakers and Gasshole? Ridiculous excuse for "refereeing". Nothing against the Lakers, but the zebras determined the outcome of this game. Bryant and Gasshole flopped more than a French forward (soccer reference).
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

This morning as I was driving past our local jogging/walking track, I saw a guy jogging who looked like
he had just stepped off the court playing center for the Lakers, (complete w/purple and gold visor)
I rolled my window down and yelled, congrats on the win last night, KOBE, you can wash your uniform now!!
He said ...NOOOOOOOOOOOO...L-S-U!!!

Ok.

BOSTON SUCKS!

LAKERS RULE!!!!!!

Whoooo Hoooo!!!!!!!!

How's that ya big ole' puss?

Suck it up and take the loss like a "man" will ya? If the Celtics had won, you would have been one of the first to start ragging on the Lakers, their fans, etc. I guarantee you you wouldn't have had a problem with the officiating then now, would you?

No shit. Complaining about the officiating is the most annoying and disgusting thing one can do in sports, especially if you lose. Aside from the '72 Olympics, when the US got hosed and the Soviets won, you should never ever complain about the officiating.

You guys hear this comment about Shaq?

What this this title meant for him personally: “I just got one more than Shaq!” Bryant said happily. “You can take that to the bank … You guys know how I am. I don’t forget anything.”

That was definitely some epic smack from Kobe on that fat ass Shaq.

Remember Shaq was running his piehole at a dance club, saying," How does my ass taste Kobe?" Scoreboard fatass.

I was impressed with Kobe admitting to the mistakes he made last night, trying to take over the game, putting up shots that weren't there, etc.
When one aspect of your game goes south you need to contribute other ways and Bryant did that with the 15 boards. I'm not a big NBA fan but I think anymore comparisons between this mature version of Kobe and Lebron James can finally stop. The guy get's it that it's a team game now, something he was loathe to do for many years.
