"Radarline has obtained a 73-page investigative report conducted by the Portland Police Bureau in 2009 into a massage therapist's complaint that Gore made inappropriate sexual advances toward her at a hotel in Portland, Oregon in October, 2006.

In the witness statement, the 54-year-old alleged victim -- whose name we are not releasing as she is a potential sex crime victim -- told detectives Gore attempted a “big tongue kiss,” “caressed” her “back and buttocks and breasts” and “shoved” her hand down to his pubic region.
Gore, who recently split from his wife Tipper after 40 years of marriage, also fed the woman chocolate and attempted to coerce her to come into his bedroom to listen to a song by Pink, the document said.

As the National Enquirer first reported, the woman reported the encounter several weeks after the incident, four years ago. The case was eventually cleared.
But police, for reasons not made public, investigated the case further last year.
The woman says she was called to a hotel in Portland for a $540 massage, which included 20 percent gratuity, to treat the one-time George W. Bush challenger, when the alleged assault took place."

The massage therapist at the center of sex assault allegations against Al Gore told police of her terror as the former vice president mauled her in a Portland hotel room, it emerged late Wednesday.

A copy of her lengthy police statement on the 2006 ordeal was obtained by Oregon media websites including KVAL.com and The Portland Mercury's Blogtown.

In it, the woman tells how Gore greeted her at the door of his room at the Hotel Lucia for the 11 p.m. appointment with a hug that "went on a bit long," then quipped "call me Al." Hotel staff had told the licensed therapist when booking her that the client was Al Gore, but that he was going under the name "Mr Stone."

Gore allegedly asked her to focus on his abdominal area and adductors -- the inner thigh muscles -- as well as his back and other areas.

While his lower body was covered with a sheet, she said, Gore "became vocal" with "muffled moans" and asked her to go lower, getting angry when she refused.

"It appeared he was demanding sexual favors or sexual behaviors," the woman said.

She then asked Gore to show her where he wanted to be massaged and he "grabbed my hand, shoved it down under the sheet to his pubic hair area, my fingers brushing against his penis and firmly planted my hand on his pubic crest region and said to me 'There!' in a very sharp, loud, angry-sounding tone."

The woman told police she was caught in "a perfect storm" in a room with someone who was "Teflon-coated in terms of his credibility and celebrity status" -- and said she feared simply running away, screaming, as she might be shot or Tasered by a security detail. She also felt nobody would believe that she was the one being accosted -- and that her reputation could be ruined by a word from Gore.

The woman said she continued by giving Gore a different, acupressure style of massage in a bid to make him drowsy and to "buy time" until the end of the session.

At the end, she said Gore -- who was now clad in a robe -- wrapped her in an "inescapable embrace," gave her a "come hither" look and "caressed my back and buttocks and breasts."

She said she repeatedly told him to stop, while he giggled, as she feared being raped. Gore twice gave her an "open mouth" kiss, offered her chocolates and Grand Marnier, grabbed her bra strap then pushed her on the bed and lay next to her as he played the Pink song "Dear Mr President."

The woman said she kept "trying to talk to him, trying to defuse the situation and talk my way out of the door literally unscathed."

He continued to grope her and rub against her, the woman said, but she eventually talked her way out of the door using "humor and a sense of verbal gentle playfulness to withdraw from the situation". At one point she called him a "sex poodle."

The sexual assault allegations emerged Wednesday, just weeks after 62-year-old Gore's shock separation from wife Tipper.

The District Attorney’s office in Multnomah County, Oregon, and Portland police both released statements saying a woman had raised a complaint in 2006 but withdrawn it in 2007, before giving her statement in 2009, prompting police to investigate.

The statements were made after the assault claims were published in the National Enquirer, which said the victim was a 54-year-old whose identity was being kept secret. It also reported the massage appointment cost $540.

Police specifically responded to claims by the woman -- who said she remained clothed through the alleged encounter -- that she had noticed her black slacks had "stains" on them.

Police said they did not collect her attire because they believed it would not provide evidence.

“At this point, the Police Bureau does not consider this an ongoing investigation unless new evidence is received in this case,” Wednesday's police statement said.

“If the complainant and the Portland Police Bureau wish to pursue the possibility of a criminal prosecution, additional investigation by the Bureau will be necessary and will be discussed with the Portland Police Bureau,” District Attorney Michael Schrunk said.

Gore -- Vice President in the Clinton Administration from 1993 to 2001 and a world-renowned environmentalist -- and his wife of 40 years Tipper announced their separation earlier this month. They have four children.

At the time Gore strenuously denied an affair with American environmental activist Laurie David -- the ex-wife of Larry David, co-creator of “Seinfeld” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm”. Laurie David, who divorced the comedian in 2007, also denied the affair.

Yeah, it's starting to look bogus in what I've read in the news today. I kinda figured, but never know what goes on these days.

The cops say they never proceeded b/c she never came back and pressed charges. It was stated that she tried to sell her story for a million dollars and when she got no takers she went back to the police.

What I don't get is why would a married guy want to have some other woman touch him, regardless that it's just a massage. I know when I want a massage, I always ask my wife to do it. I do not allow and I am completely not interested in anyone touching any part of me except for my wife. Not even a simple hug down at the club/bar.

LOL. She sure shopped it and asked them for money, though.

Howard Kurtz at the Washington Post reports that the Enquirer says the masseuse accusing Al Gore of sexual improprieties asked for $1 million for her story. It says it decided not to pay her anything and conducted only a brief interview with her, verified some facts (like Al Gore was in Portland and the woman had billed the hotel for his massage) and then wrote the story mostly from police reports.

Fact Finder wrote:PORTLAND, Ore. -- A close friend of the massage therapist who accused former Vice President Al Gore of repeated, unwanted sexual contact says the woman was not after money, and just wanted Gore held accountable.

The alleged abuse took place at the Hotel Lucia in a hotel room in 2006, according to police reports. The woman told police she was "repeatedly subjected to unwanted sexual touching" in Gore's hotel room at the Hotel Lucia, according to the police report.

Donna Burleigh told KGW the massage therapist called her after the alleged 2006 incident and described being sexually assaulted by a high-profile public figure. Burleigh said her friend wouldn't identify the alleged attacker. But Burleigh soon figured it out.

"She told me that her predator was coming back to town and guess what was on on the news?" Burleigh said. "Al Gore."

Burleigh said her friend was an honest woman and would never make up such a story. She said the massage therapist runs a professional business and was caught off guard by Gore's alleged advances.

"She is not a predator. She is not looking for money," Burleigh said. "She just wants him to be accountable for his actions."

I don't think you have any idea what a professional massage by a trained person is. It is NOT sexual, so whether a man or a woman, the fact they are touching you has no bearing.

I don't think he cares. He has this notion that any touch, any acknowledgment of past
relationships or any feeling of closeness for another human being, outside of his marriage, is being unfaithful somehow. Which is fine, but

I can't imagine thinking that a masseuss is doing anything but their job. I've only had 2 my entire life, one by a man, and one by a woman, and the only thing in my head was relaxation. I put my mind in another place and let myself relax with the music and atmosphere, and you don't think AT ALL about the person. There is a whole art to it and there is nothing sexual about it. If there IS, then that is NOT a real masseuss    Maybe he's been in those Japanese ones with the "happy endings"

That seems almost phobic to me. That maybe it's an issue within, that he doesnt' trust himself if another human being touches him. :?

He has some strange ideas about some things sometimes. But I have to say I'm more comfortable with a female masseuse than male, even though the males have never been anything but professional. Well, except for my physical therapist once, who also did hands-on therapy, massage, but I won't go into that.part. My sister prefers a male, b/c she has such a bad back from a skiing injury and sciatica, that she feels males have stronger hands and give her a better massage, for the most part.

Most men, though, have no problem with female massage therapists and don't find it sexual at all. When you're going, usually you have so many tight muscles from sports, work, old age, injury, bad back, whatever your problem is, that your mind is on the relief you will get from a professional massage. That's why people go.

It's definitely an issue, but I don't think it's a trust in himself issue. I watched Howie Mandell
talk about his problem and it's  , very real. If I had been the interviewee I would have asked him
how he was able to find love, maintain a relationship, let down his defenses long enough to
procreate and how in the world does he deal w/children?! ...they're messy!! He's so funny about it, though,
you can't help but love him. He was on Chelsea Lately and pulled away from a hug ...it's very sad to me

I was a little apprehensive the first time I had a male MT, but once I said, "you're a guy" and he acknowledged
that indeed he was, things went smoothly. I agree w/Jana's sister, males=better massages because of the strength
behind the hands. I dread going in for a massage, though, almost as much as I dread going to the doctor. They are ok
while they are taking place, but I always feel like I've been beat the next day. I must be an uptight person...
Sexual ...nooooo!!

Pretty close. I know not all massages are supposed to be sexual, I just don't like anyone other than my wife touching me in any way. And yes the Japanese culture is not a touchy feely one. Japanese bow instead of hand to hand contact as in shaking hands.
I've never eaten a piece of sushi I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

Audio of victim with the police telling her story of her encounter with Gore. Wow. She said she thought she was going to be raped, afraid, but then walking over to look at the condoms he was showing her. She's by that point very afraid of rape or violence in the adjoining room, but then goes into his bedroom to look at his iPod and sits on the edge of the bed -- lays on the bed. Haha. Right.

But she sounds sooooooo annoying, She sounds like a fruitcake. I can't imagine why he would make a pass at her. And why are the cops letting her read a long, prepared statement. They're supposed to interview her.

Deano- Al Gore did not get robbed of the Presidency. He would have won if he had carries his own state. Tenn has probably seen enough .

Is anybody going to listen to part one with this loony woman and tell me what they think? The first 45 minutes of her reading her prepared statement recounting the events with Gore.

45 Minutes?! I don't think I'd listen to it if it was only 5 minutes. Utilizing lessons learned from your organizational process assests, I'd say the woman is a wacko and the story is bogus. Great work and I didn't even have to put myself through 45 minutes of bs to know it's most likely not true.

If I was a man stuck in a hotel room with her droning on and on, I might have strangled her, forget make unwanted sexual advances. just kidding, just kidding. And if some of this is true re his sexual advances to this middle-aged loonytoon wackadoodle, Gore is a real nerd and loser for sure. He could have hired a gorgeous hooker.

And if he hired a hooker I think the story would have still come out the same. "Hooker sees a money making scheme because of the party involved, does the deed, tries to sell the story but no one buys, so hooker goes to the cops." Maybe.......Maybe not. .
