I agree with some of you that Lindsay is in fact spoiled, but she’s also damaged with those tragic parents. Maybe her parents are trying to make up for all the years they damaged the girl with their bickering and bitterness she had to witness by pulling back on the reins so to speak. Then again, Lindsay makes more money than they do.

Aside from the sentence I think a 90-day In-Patient Tx (treatment) is most important. If, however, Lindsay does not see a “bottom” to her addictions she will most likely recidivate (return to her addictions).

I think Lindsay is a wonderful actress, her method of acting is very intuitive and strong. She is certainly more talented than Nicole Ritchie, Paris Hilton, Kim K. Well, Kim IS an aggressive, hard working business woman, I’ll give her that.

I think Lindsay has a theatrical future if she can control her addictions which can dictate a person’s whole being to the point of beating down loved ones and friends. Like some of you stated, Drew Barrymore, who is a different person than Lindsay, got past her issues and moved forward. Lindsay may not be as likable as Drew, but I think she is a fighter and will prevail.

As far as the (F**k U) painted on her nails, Lindsay's addiction dictates that she defend it at all costs. I am sure no one in their right mind would go to court being defiant to the point of being disrespectful.

Lindsay and her family need lots of therapy to help get past all their issues which may or may not have helped to lead Lindsay on her destructive path. Good luck to that family whatever happens. :D

I don't think it's "pussified" so much as they just have too many people in jail. so the celebs get out first, followed by the nonviolent criminals.

Anyway, 90 days isn't enough, but she won't even get close to that. My boss bets she doesn't last a week before they let her go because of overcrowding and paparazzi.

she needs a spanking and rehab.. not jail... but she's not a minor anymore, so she gets the adult treatment

Lohan, who must begin serving her sentence July 20, has been Twittering that her human rights are being violated.

On Twitter, she wrote: "It is clearly stated in Article 5 of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights that ... No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."

She is clearly someone who can't take responsibility from her own actions.

Lesbian Prison Gangs Waiting to Get Hands on Lindsay Lohan, Inmate Says

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/20 ... port-says/

Inmates of the jail where Lindsay Lohan is set to spend up to 90 days have warned of gangs out to attack the starlet, saying "everyone will want a piece of her," one inmate said in an interview with The Sun.

Lindsay Lohan will leave her Hollywood pad next week and move into new digs at the Lynwood correctional facility in Los Angeles. But instead of wild showbiz parties and a plush double bed to curl up in afterwards, the actress will be locked up for 23 hours a day in a tiny cell with a rock-hard bunk and a single blanket.

Inmates told The Sun of the brutal conditions inside the prison, where Lohan's A-list neighbors reportedly will be replaced with tough guards and fearsome lesbian gangs desperate to get their hands on her.

Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days' jail for breaking her probation for a 2007 drunken-driving offense.

The terrified former child star hired a new lawyer in a last-ditch bid to avoid jail.

And from her future neighbors' graphic accounts of life inside, it is clear why she is so desperate to wriggle out of her sentence.

Tamara Haley, 38, is doing time for heroin possession and prostitution.

She said Monday: "Everyone will want a piece of her. It will make them famous if they hurt Lindsay Lohan.

"Or if you get her to cry, the whole ward will laugh and people will love it -- even the guards."
Haley also warned bisexual Lindsay of the jail's lesbian gangs -- and offered advice on how to avoid their clutches.

She said: "The gay inmates wear their shirts inside out to let others know they are available.
"So if Lindsay doesn't want someone to grab her ass she'd better keep her shirt on straight.
"Women grab each other like animals when the guards aren't looking. It's disgusting."

Unless her new lawyer wins an eleventh hour reprieve, Lohan must hand herself in to the authorities by midnight on July 20.

Jail overcrowding means she is likely to serve around 23 days, most likely in the segregation unit for her own safety.

Haley added: "She'll be segregated from the general population, but where she's going it is even worse. It's the wing where the murderers are.

"I don't think they will actually be able to get to her, but you never know. At the very least some of those hard cases will try to scare her. They'll scream stuff to her from their cells.

"I've been in segregation and it was rough. The lights are on the whole time. You hear people screaming all night long. The cells are filthy and kept brutally cold. You get one tiny blanket and that's it.

"There's an infection going around now. You can barely sleep at night from all the coughing. And there are girls with body lice."

How can a county jail have murderers in it? I've walked through our county jail many times, and it's almost a block long, and there's inmates even loose doing work. It's a creepy place, but I've never heard of murderers being in a county jail. Maybe holding when they're first arrested, I guess, before going to trial maybe and then maybe transferred once they're sentenced. I don't know. I hate criminal work.

I think that's what it is. They are charged with murder, and put in the county jail, and moved after conviction. Im sure that Orange County has a place for those charged with murder. Prisons are for after conviction I believe. They are equipped for long term compared to jails.

The Complete Guide to Lindsay Lohan's Incarceration

Your guide to the incarceration that everyone saw coming but nobody actually thought would happen until now.

WHEN: Judge Revel decreed yesterday that Lindsay would serve a 90-day jail sentence, followed by 90 days of inpatient rehab. Revel could have sent Lindsay directly to jail after yesterday's hearing, but instead LiLo has until July 20 to turn herself in.

WHERE: Lindsay will serve her sentence at Lynwood, California's Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF), the same place she served 84 minutes of DUI-related jail time in 2007, before her probation started. This is the same facility where Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie served terms for their DUIs. (23 days and 82 minutes, respectively.)

Lindsay will be kept away from the general population in a version of solitary confinement that is specially designed for famous people and other special inmates.

HOW LONG? A spokesperson for the LA Sheriff's Department says the average female inmate in Lindsay's situation serves 25 percent of her sentence. If Lindsay behaves, her 90-day sentence is apt to end after a mere 23 days. Unless, of course...

CAN SHE SCREW UP ANY WORSE? Yes, and she may have already. Fox411 reports that yesterday's "FUCK U" nail stunt could place Lindsay in direct contempt of court, which could turn in three to five extra days in jail for vulgarity. Another way to score extra jail time would be to violate a term of probation before Lindsay turns up at jail later this month. She's still wearing her booze-sniffing SCRAM ankle bracelet, so if it goes off again—like at the birthday party Lindsay is/was supposed to have tonight—she'll be in deep shit.

HOW WILL SHE SEEK SOLACE? She'll be able to see friends and family members; visiting hours are from 8:30AM to 7:30PM on weekends and 9:15AM to 4:30PM on weekdays. There's always religion (seven ministries have a presence in the prison), and there are a handful of other groups (Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Cocaine Anonymous) she might want to look into while she's there. She can receive care packages, as long as they don't include money, food, cosmetics, weapons, or basically anything fun. And she'll probably continue to take her usual prescription cocktail of Ambien and Adderrall. She might even get "stronger than morphine" painkiller Dilaudid, which she was authorized to take during probation, although that was just for her oral surgery, not long-term use.

Possibly ...or she could turn into a Drew Barrymore, depends on her strength
of character. Anyone remember what a trainwreck that poor girl was ?!?!
Although, she was always likeable!!

Drew had a class about her and she is a smart girl. Lindsey is one rough girl.

Who has a mother that's more interested in partying with her daughters and fame, then she is in raising them right.

Well, Drew Barrymore's mom for one!! I'm sure there are a lot of them we just don't/didn't see it played out in the
media then, like we do now ...very sad!! None~the~less, until Li~Lo, makes the decision to change her life, herself, then
it ain't happenin' and then I'm with Matty!! Drew was on this exact same path at a much younger age, but then,
so was Dana Plato ... :?

Until then, I want to find out if her face is toxed up!! :?

Look at Robert Downey Jr. too. He was on a path for destruction so many times. He seems to be doing okay now. Hopefully that lasts this time, because I really enjoy his acting. It really depends on their own will. It's tough growing up in hollywood with the media hunting you down and all of the temptations without the maturity to be able to handle the money and fame. Surrounding themselves with unhealthy people. And add bad parenting to it, which many of them seem to have, it sure seems hopeless for a lot of them. But then look at Miley Cyrus. She has parents who are involved and care about her and she is still constantly under scrutiny. Even though she has yet to take a "drug or alcohol" path. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. Just another case of why I hate the media.
