If this were Perry's house for sale I can guarantee you it would be sold to a loon, if nothing but for the DNA samples in the bedroom.

The median pricing for a three bedroom house in Del Mar is $2,189,661 (as of July 14). It would have to be collaborative purchase from the loons for sure.

Probably not that kind of money, and we know Perry has his own studio and what not built into his home so his house might be closer to three million rather than two.
I wonder if he is on the beach or not. Lora and Cyndy probably have the scoop on that.

I don't wonder those kinds of things. I'm not weird like that.
The only thing I wonder is if he can / will sing again, but not so much anymore.
I think deep down we all know the answer.

Whether his property is on the beach or not may be the difference in value of a couple million dollars. I'm not too concerned if he can sing again or not. I think the concerns some people had in the past about the re-records being created as some sort of separation to minimize Perry's aura with the band have been found to be a non-issue and the guy has enjoyed as much publicity this year as the band has, regardless if he is singing or not. I'm going t o start a new thread about something related to that in a few minutes.
