The MelodicRock Elevator

Tito and I attended tonight's Cinderella show and it was fantastic. Tom Kiefer sure is a tough fella. He lost his voice twice, has had many vocal surgeries, battled depression and addiction, had a paralyzed left vocal chord twice, had to have nodule surgery a few times and then had to learn how to sing again. Anyway, he sounded great and played guitar, piano, slide guitar and the saxophone. The setlist was great and the band was very tight.

So we get in the elevator after the show and of the roughly 2,000 people in attandance, our elevator contains me, Tito, LtVanish, Mrsromek and Michael Eden in it.  Mrsromek, Andrew will be pleased to hear, had on his MR Fest II shirt on. 8) Great show, but I wish it had been on a Friday or Saturday so we could have hung out a bit more. I'm interested to hear what LtVanish and Mrsromek thought of the show. I give it an 87/100. Great setlist, great vocals and the band was tight. And Tito and I were lucky enough to have front row. :)

I am so pissed!! I had a good ticket for this show, but blew it off since I was running so late today.

Yeah that was pretty funny actually. Me and Mrsromek were talking before the show wondering if Micheal Eden would be there, and sure enough after the show we were walking out right behind him, all of a sudden get in the Elevator and there is Dan and Tito! Would of been nice to hang out before the show or something, but yeah being a week night. I very much enjoyed the show and thought Tom sounded pretty good dispite everything that has happened to him, although he has lost a bit the last decade or so, it has been about 10 years since I have seen him perform. The band sounded great, and I guess they are opening for the Scorpions on tour except the Chicago show :( I would like to add that the "The Venue" at the horseshoe casino is a killer place to see a show, very nice facility, kick ass sound system there as well. It was nice to see you guys there, hope to do more shows with you guys in the future.

Love Cinderella, have only seen them live once though. They sound amazing live, and I remember thinking Tom Keifer is very TALL   I don't have a clue how tall he is, but he looked like a tower on stage!
