How come nobody ever comes around with a youtube for TDTWT. Why does everybody try to hitch Arnel's cart to the older songs that already had their day on the charts with that other guy? If loons are living in the past, then the pinheads are right behind them. Where's all the love for AATY? Just keep comparing him to the guy that made the songs famous and you'll never dump that cover singer title for Pineda. After the new album comes out I give it two months before the youtubes of DSB and Faithfully out number the videos of the new songs from their upcoming album. Living in the past, yeah, aren't we all? I vote this as one of the worst threads of the year, and let me tell you why. This thread contains the finest examples of the worst type of posters bar far.

1) SG, I like you Tim, you know that, and I get you dislike Pineda, but there's plenty of ways to say it other than "Arnie Boy sucks." The guy is very green behind the ears, and is frankly not a good front man, but he can sing.

2) Of course Portland has to come with predictable Perry is perfect bullshit. That got old 4 years ago, and frankly, in this very case, I give the nod to Pineda, for he actually sang it live, whereas Espee didn't. Newsflash, Perry wasn't perfect and he did flub up at times too.

3) Since '78. I like this guy. Yeah, a big self embarrassing Pinhead fan, but I guess there are worse things in life to be called. 78 makes good points, but in this thread, the Pinhead nation fulfilled it's reputation as the most annoying on MR, however, the Perry Loons are no better. Like I said '78, you are good poster, buy the Pinhead nation is just some dorky shit IMHO.

Relax Timbo, I get your point. You think Pineda isn't nearly as good as the MR press would have you believe, and I agree. I think Andrew polished his knob way too early throughout the beginning of his career. I will say his myopic fans are much to blame and a huge embarrassment when they compare Pineda to Perry.
