I use splenda all the time. A derivitive of sugar but no calories........IMO tastes the closest to sugar too, with no after taste. I can't stand Aspartame....ick.

I don't drink as much soda as I used to but I still drink it at work all the time. I usually have diet soda because I can't take all the sugar in the real stuff.

I used to drink soda with every meal. I've know cut it down to weekends only. So it's water or juice during the week.
And during weekend ita usually the REAL old glass bottle Coca Cola and Fanta.

Oh GOOD GOD...Soda is THE WORST THING for you! :x

Back in the day, I drank 2 Liter-Bottles of Diet Pepsi like they were going out of style....and my complexion paid the price for it .
I had breakouts on my chin and forehead.

Ever since I gave up ALL SODA and switched to Poland Spring Flavored Seltzer Water, I've never had those problems....and we're talking since the mid-90s 8)

 PS ~ want an all-natural "7-Up"?
Mix one small bottle of Poland Spring Lemon and one of Lime over ice. 8)
