I loved it! I thought it was funny. Loved Nicholas cages character and the little girl  I like dark humor though. Anyone who doesn't shouldn't see it! It's not a comedy. It's a dark action movie with comedy laced in it.

Exactly, dark with some comedy. And yes, that little girl made the movie. And no matter what Nick Cage does, I usually love it. I loved his speech pattern while in costume. Sounded like Adam West's Batman. LOL

Yeah, the adam west thing cracked me up! Their first scene, when he shot his daughter, and she fell over....  it's just one of those movies that you can't believe they can make you laugh at such violent things. Especially when I don't like truly violent movies. But the whole thing had me laughing. The whole time they were killing all the "bad guys"

I saw Kick Ass in the theater. And it KICKED ASS!!!!

One great violent and tongue-in-cheek take on superheroes. A lot of people don't realize Millar & Romita, Jr., who created the comic, did the title as an over-the-top piss-take.

I haven't read the comic (yet), but apparently it's got some stuff that's even more fucked-up than what we saw onscreen.

They should have called it SUCK ASS. What's up with all these comic book movies lately? One of the worst movies I've ever seen, along with:

Hudson Hawk
The Constant Gardener
Notting Hill..aka Nodding Off
Date Night
Anything with Seth Rogen
Tom Brady IS the G.O.A.T.

Anyone who didn't find Zack & Miri Make A Porno laugh-out-loud funny has some issues. See a shrink.

I liked that one too  I love Seth Rogen. He kind of has that simple, deadpan thing going that reminds me of Will Ferrell. Pineapple Express was also very funny

I could have bet the farm you would come in and be the first one that thought this movie sucked.

I'm not a fan of Seth Rogen either. I rented Knocked Up and Pineapple Express and could only watch the first half hour of the both.
