I can't speak for the ladies, but I get a feeling that kinda attitude wouldn't get me flowers on Valentine's Day.

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Big difference, the Christian way doesn't call for physical abuse.

There are some Christian groups who have this exact view.

Actually, as much as I'd like to agree, I don't think that's a fair statement. I've known some great people who for some reason or another felt belief in God wasn't for them, and we've all seen plenty of people of "faith" who act pretty Godless.

Not sure what reliabilty got to do with anything. Beliving in a God is very rarley the deciding factor in making good or bad decisions. Do you think God wants Rip to buy a machine gun?

I have absolute faith in Don, and I believe he still kicks A night after night, sounding even better than he did in the 80's.
Don 20:29(b) Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
