Discovery Channel ~ "Storm Chasers"

Hey, all...

Have you seen this show?
I happened upon it today; some sort of marathon.

...and I'm hooked 8)

This show is the movie "Twister" brought to life. The lead guy is Reed Timmer, a frat-boy looking boy-genius of Meterology, who owns and operates "The Dominator" - an 8,300 lb. armored "Batmobile" - if you will - of Storm-Chasing:

He literally PARKS HIS CAR INSIDE tornados, in order to get information.

Of course, he's up against the "Corporate" stuffed-shirts, with their $$$ and backing....
...which is why I LOVE it :twisted:

He literally beats them to the chase of prime tornados. :lol:

Watch it, if you can....this guy is NUTS! :wink:

I watched the first episode with high hopes but found out that it sucked. It's basically the same thing as every other reality show out there. Not only that but the anti-corporate stuff is a bunch of crap. From the looks of things, the same dynamics that happen in a corporation happen amongst the very individuals on that show that claim to be anti-corporate.

If one or more of these assholes gets thrown a mile or two and killed I'll gleefully check it out on youtube. But, until then, I have no interest in watching people follow a fucking storm.
